本论文从工程项目管理以及工程项目管理绩效评价基本理论的研究入手,首先,
分析工程项目管理绩效评价产生的背景以及意义,并对国内外工程项目管理绩效评
价模型、方法、指标等方面进行了总结;其次,通过现状调研和研究,引出有必要
对中建第一建筑公司工程项目管理绩效评现状分析,剖析了中建第一建筑公司工程
项目管理绩效评价存在的问题,并进行了影响因素分析,为构建工程项目管理绩效
评价指标体系奠定了基础;再次,运用 DEA(数据包络分析法)方法,分析 15 个房屋
建筑工程和 2 个市政工程,并进行 DEA 模型选择,改善现有资源的利用现状,设
法提高资源利用率增加产出,从而达到更好的效果;最后,本论文提出提升中建第
一建筑公司项目管理绩效的对策,对其他企业集团提升项目管理绩效具有一定的参
考价值

Abstract
Performance evaluation of building project management is the core of the control
management system for construction companies, it plays a vital role in construction
company, and plays an important role in the economic development of China and
promoting social progress. However, with the development of economic globalization,
construction companies are facing market environment is undergoing change, and
building market competition gets gradually vigorous, and clients&39; requirement is more
rigorous, the change range of advance-fund and depressed prices is wider and wider,
construction time is getting shorter and shorter, quality is required more and more highly.
The traditional performance evaluation way of building project management is difficult to
adapting. Some deep questions which affecting construction enterprises long-term
development are exposed. How to beg existence and development through strengthening
performance management of building project is a main problem that should be reflected
by the managers of construction enterprises. Performance management of building
project not only can real-time measure the implementation of corporate strategic plan but
also can communicate and convey enterprise strategy. It is an indispensable tool for
enterprise development, and its importance is growing in enterprise.
In this paper, based on the theory of engineering project management and
performance evaluation of the engineering project management, first of all, analyzing the
background and significance of the performance evaluation of engineering project
management background and significance and summarizing the domestic and
international engineering project management performance evaluation model, method,
index and so on. Secondly, through the present situation investigation, it is necessary to
build the first construction company project management performance evaluation of the
status analysis and find the problems. Analyzing the influence factors is aimed at laying a
foundation for building the project management performance evaluation index system.
Again, using DEA (data envelopment analysis) method to analyze 15 housingAbstract

construction project and two municipal engineering and selecting the DEA model,
improving the utilization of existing resources to improve resource utilization to increase
output so as to achieve better results. Finally, This paper put forward the measures that
how to improve the project management performance for other enterprise group first
upgrade in the construction the first construction company project management
performance, which has a certain reference value.
