摘要
如今,以创新驱动发展已经成为整个社会和绝大多数企业的共识,而创新型
人才正是达成这一目标的核心要素。与此同时,作为改革开放后推动我国经济社
会发展取得辉煌成就的中坚力量,民营企业在“新常态”的时代大背景下仍将扮
演经济转型升级过程中的关键角色。因此,研究民营企业创新型人才的管理问题
对于当前我国深化改革、实现经济结构优化调整具有重大的现实意义。而本文运
用文献和案例分析的方法针对民营企业成长期这一关键阶段以及企业创新型人才
管理中相对薄弱的绩效管理进行了较为深入的研究

首先,探讨了民营企业成长期、企业创新型人才、绩效管理等相关概念的内
涵及其界定,梳理了现代绩效管理的基本理论和方法;其次,综合前人的有关研
究对民营企业成长期创新型人才绩效管理应遵循的基本原则进行了总结,列举了
目前在管理实践中应用较为普遍的四种模式并对这四种模式各自存在的问题进行
了剖析;最后,将一般民营企业成长期创新型人才绩效管理的基本原则和存在的
问题用于 CE 公司这一具体案例的分析并结合案例的具体情况尝试提出了解决相关
问题的思路和方法

本文希望通过上述内容的研究和探讨为处于成长期的民营企业构建适合于自
身的创新型人才绩效管理体系提供有益的借鉴

Research on Performance Management of Innovative Talents
in the Growth of Private Enterprises

Abstrat
Today, innovation driven development has become the consensus of the whole
society and the vast majority of enterprises, and innovative talent is the core element to
achieve this goal.At the same time, as the backbone of China&39;s economic and social
development after the reform and opening up, private enterprises will play a key role in
the process of economic transformation and upgrading under the background of the
new normal era.Therefore, the study of the management of innovative talents in
private enterprises is of great practical significance to deepen the reform and realize the
adjustment of economic structure.In this paper, the paper uses the method of literature
and case analysis to study the key stage of the growth period of private enterprises and
the relatively weak performance management in the management of innovative talents.
Firstly, it discusses the connotation and definition of the related concepts of private
enterprise growth period, enterprise innovation talents, performance management and so
on, and combs the basic theories and methods of modern performance management.
Secondly, based on the previous research, this paper summarizes the basic principles
that should be followed in the performance management of innovative talents in the
growth of private enterprises, presents some common applications at present in the
management practice of four patterns and problems existing in each of the four patterns
analyzed. Finally, the basic principles and existing problems of the performance
management of innovative talents in the general private enterprises are applied to the
CE company,the analysis of this specific case and the specific situation of the case try
to put forward the ideas and methods to solve the related problems.
This paper hopes to provide a useful reference for the private enterprises in the
growing period to construct their own innovative talents performance management
system through the research and discussion of the above content.
