摘要
伴随经济的不断发展，制造全球化趋势愈发明显，企业为获取更大竞
争优势，纷纷采取供应链的运作方式进行生产。供应链是由处于上下游的
供应商、制造商、物流配送商、最终客户等多个企业组成的动态网络，具
有复杂性和脆弱性，容易引发各种风险

由于汽车产业的劳动和技术密集性较高，整车产品的形成需要庞大的
零部件供应商群体的支撑，所以汽车制造企业一般采取供应链上下游企业
协作的生产方式。这一特点决定了汽车零部件产品质量的高风险性。汽车
零部件作为整车的重要组成部件，其产品质量直接关系到车辆和人身安
全，更会危及整个汽车零部件供应链上下游企业的生存与发展。因此，研
究供应链环境下的汽车零部件产品质量风险具有重要意义

本文在阅读大量国内外相关文献的基础上，通过对汽车零部件供应链
的解析，基于供应链运作流程的四个职能阶段，构建了初步的供应链环境
下汽车零部件产品质量风险识别模型，包含设计与开发、原材料采购、零
部件制造和物流配送四个方面的质量风险。而后通过对相关企业员工和高
校研究人员进行问卷调查获得样本数据，利用 SPSS17.0 对问卷进行信度
和效度分析，应用 AMOS17.0 对风险识别模型进行验证性因子分析，运用
隶属度分析法对验证通过的风险指标进行筛选，形成正式的风险识别模
型。最后针对识别的质量风险因素，本文分别从设计与开发、原材料采购、
零部件制造、物流配送、供应链协作五个方面向汽车零部件企业提出具体
的质量风险管控措施

AStudy on Product Quality Risk Identification
and Control ofAuto Parts under the
Supply Chain Environment
Abstract
With the continuous development of economy, the trend of manufacturing
globalization is becoming more obvious. In order to gain more competitive advantage,
Enterprises adopt the supply chain operation way for prodution. Supply chain is a
dynamic network composed in the upstream and downstream suppliers, manufacturers,
logistics providers, end-users and other enterprises, with the complexity and
vulnerability, easily lead to various risks.
Due to higher labor and technology intensive industry, the formation of vehicle
products requires the support of large parts supplier group, so automobile
manufacturing enterprises generally adopt supply chain upstream and downstream
enterprises collaboration mode of production. This characteristic determines the high
risk of auto parts product quality. As an important part of vehicle, the product quality
of Auto parts is directly related to the safety of vehicles and persons, it will endanger
the survival and development of the upstream and downstream enterprises of auto
parts supply chain. Therefore, the research on auto parts product quality risk under the
environment of supply chain is of great significance.
On the basis of reading a large number of related domestic and foreign literatures,
this paper analyzes the auto parts supply chain, constructs a preliminary product
quality risk identification model of auto parts under the supply chain environment
based on the four functional stages of supply chain operation process, including
design & development, raw material purchasing, parts manufacturing and logistics
quality risk. And then through the related employees and college researchers
questionnaire survey to obtain sample data, this paper uses SPSS17.0 to analyze the
reliability and validity of questionnaire, applies AMOS17.0 to risk identification
model for confirmatory factor analysis, and puts the membership degree analysis
method into use to screen risk indicators to form a formal risk identification model.
Finally according to the identification of quality risk factors, this paper proposes some
specific quality risk control measures for auto parts enterprises from five aspects,III
respectively is design & development, raw material purchasing, parts manufacturing,
logistics, supply chain collaboration.
