摘要

在当前中国国民经济中,汽车制造业已是身兼重任的支柱产业,是中国经济发展

“风向标”。可惜的是,目前在国内市场上大行其道的依旧是来自传统汽车强国的合

资品牌。国内汽车制造企业在近年来的发展反而举步维艰,造成这一现状的原因有很

多,其中很重要一个原因就是我们缺乏核心技术研发能力,尤其是关键零部件制造开

发技术。

纵观当下总体形势,中国制造业时下已到了转型的关键时期。如何从制造大国突破

转型为“智“造强国,如何使我们的产品摆脱低端的劳动力及原材料竞争,真正在全

球高端制造市场大展宏图。及早探索出一套适合中国汽车制造业的项目幵发风险管理

能力是我们正面临的一个重大挑战。由此,针对项目风险管理在汽车新零部件开发的

应用的研究不仅对外资巨头有重大的现实和战略意义,更是对中国本土零部件厂商有

着十分重要的借鉴意义。

本文将通过研究项目风险的评估方法,项目的专题风险识别,风险源故障树分析等

来介绍一个汽车发动机正时系统零部件的应用开发项目。

The Study of Project Risk Management on Automotive Component

Abstract

The Automotive industry has been the pilar nucleus for Chinese national economy,it is

the veritable barometer for China economicaldevelopment.But the major domestic market still

monitored by the foreign funded joint venture company,the local OEMs manufacturer

development are very difficult to step forward now.There are plenty of reasons to cause the

dilemma, the main one is that we are lack of the corn tecnnical research knowledge, especial

for the key components manufacture.

Throughout current general situation, it is the critical moment for Chinese industry to

make a change.lt is a big challenge for Chinese companies to find 汪 suitable solution in project

risk management and answer the puzzle in how to break through the barrier and convert to

intelligent industry,how to make our product get rid of the competition in labor cost and raw

material,how to make ourselves to involve the global high-end market.Hence, the study

basis on project risk management in automotive components application is not only important

for foreign giants, but also has significant reference for local automotive components

companies.

The main clue of the paper is to analysis the assessment method in project risk

management and intoduce a project application inclduing the risk evaluation and fault tree

analysis in the case of automotive engine timing system.
