汽车零部件企业的库存管理研究—以 H 公司为例
中文摘要
经济的快速发展,汽车零部件市场的剧烈竞争给汽车零部件制造企业带来了机遇
和挑战,同时面临缩短交货期和降低成本的压力。在零部件制造企业内,从原材料、
零部件、半成品到成品,各个环节都存在库存。库存量太高,会占用企业的流动资金,
增加企业运营成本,而库存水平过低,则会造成降低客户服务水平,甚至会丢失市场
份额。因此,库存管理已经成为一个越来越重要的管理环节以使企业获得竞争力,企
业要想增强其竞争力,必须在相关库存管理理论的指导下对库存进行有效的管理,使
其保持在经济合理的水平上。

本文首先介绍了库存管理的背景和意义,接着对相关理论和文献进行了综述,进
而简要介绍了 H 公司的基本情况及库存管理问题分析,进而也是全文的重点,介绍
了 H 公司库存优化对策,客户需求计划的整合、计划凌乱问题的改善以及生产库存
管理的改善,最后进行了阶段性效果评价以及对本论文的相关结论进行总结,并对今
后的研究方向和实际应用提出了颇有价值的建议和思考。

本文针对库存管理方面的有关研究方法和研究结果,不仅对 H 公司有一定的实
际意义和参考价值,同时对其他有类似生产规模的汽车零部件制造企业的库存管理也
具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

Enterprises-A Case study of H Company
Abstract
The fast development of economy, the fierce competition in automotive components
market brings the manufacture enterprise both opportunities and challenges, also in the
face of pressure to shorten the delivery lead time and reduce the cost. There are all kinds of
inventory inside the manufacturing enterprise, from raw-materials, components,
semi-finished parts to finished parts. If inventory is too high, the working capital of the
enterprise is occupied, thus the enterprise operation cost is high. If the inventory level is
too low, the customer service will be down. The company may lose market shares. That is
why inventory controlling is becoming more and more important for the company to gain
higher competitive power. Therefore, the enterprise wants to enhance its
competitiveness, must control inventory under the guidance of related theory of inventory
management to keep the inventory in the reasonable level.
This dissertation first introduces the background and the significance of inventory
management, the related theory and literatures of inventory control, and then introduces
the general situation of H company and problems of the inventory control. The third parts
describes the main principle, the inventory optimization strategy of H company, integrated
customer’s demand planning, make improvements of production planning and all
production materials inventory management strategy, finally evaluation by stage about
inventory management performance and summarize the conclusions of this
dissertation, and give the valuable suggestions on future research and practice application.
The methods and research results of inventory management in this study, not only has
certain practical significance and reference value for H company to improve inventory
management level , but also the approach proposed in this thesis supply some reference to
the similar automobile components manufacturers.
