首先,论文在介绍国内外建筑施工企业库存管理研究现状的基础上,分析施工企业
的特点、建设工程项目的特点、库存管理的特点及库存模型的介绍,阐述了毛滩项目库
存管理的现状,分析其问题存在的原因
其次,论文提出了毛滩项目库存管理改善方案,分别从物料分类、计划制定、主要
物资材料的供应商选择、具体材料的供应商选择及经济批量计算四个方面,对库存管理
进行了改善设计,再结合本人的实际工作经验,应用前面叙述的库存管理方法和改善方
案设计对项目施工过程中的物资材料进行定量分析研究,并将优化结果运用在实际生产
过程中。首先,结合 ABC 分类法与 Kraljic 矩阵两种方法对施工材料进行合理的分类管
理,做到抓重点,抓关键;其次,根据毛滩项目合计制定物资材料计划;然后,采用联
合库存方法中的无库存管理方式选择混凝土供应商,为施工企业提供正确的决策;再者,
采用供应商库存法选择钢筋供应商,并进行经济批量计算;最后,提出四种辅助措施以
便加强库存管理
最后,从经济效益和管理效益两个角度对水电八局毛滩项目库存管理改善做出了效
果分析。同时文章也提出了五种保障措施来保障改善方案的实行,希望这些方法能够对
项目库存管理提出参考价值
综上所述,物资库存管理是建筑施工企业成本控制的重要组成部分,施工企业的管
理者将会逐步重视物资库存环节,希望本人研究的成果能为工程建设项目库存管理提供
一定的参考价值

Abstract
In recent years, China has increased the intensity of investment in construction projects,
to speed up the process of infrastructure. Followed that, construction companies are
expanding scale rapidly, occupying an important position in the development of economic
construction of our country. However, due to the increasingly fierce competition among
construction enterprises, mostly based on low bid to get the project, the relative profit margins
are shrinking and also, the rate of profit are reducing. Correspondingly, the profitability of
enterprises as the basic building construction projects business unit has become increasingly
difficult. In this condition, in order to obtain lasting and steady development, the construction
enterprises have to tap their own potential and save costs as much as possible. One of the
primary means of gaining access to benefits and expanding profits is reducing the cost of
materials. But, material procurement costs of enterprises has little potential for compression,
it is the business management trends that ultimately reducing inventory costs, which can
become one of the tools to improve the market competitiveness of construction enterprises.
Therefore, the status of inventory management in the enterprise management has become
more and more important, having a certain practical significance of the optimization of
project management inventory of construction enterprises.
In this paper, we introduce firstly the characteristics of construction enterprises, the
construction project, inventory management and inventory features of the model, and then
explain the status of Maotan project inventory management, analyzing the reason of the
existence of the problem.
Secondly, the paper discusses inventory optimization of Maotan project from four
aspects: material classification, planning, material supplier selection, supplier selection of
specific materials, namely economic batch computing. Combining with my practical working
experiences and using the above approaches, we make a study of specific qualitative analysis
about materials and materials in the course of project construction and put the optimized
results into the practice. On the one hand, we combine the methods of ABC management and
Kraljic matrix management to manage the category of projects. The other hand is to make a
plan for inventory according to the Mao Beach project. Moreover, applying the method of
non-inventory management to determine the supplier of concrete, providing the right decision
for construction enterprises. Further, choosing the suppliers of reinforced according to the
method of supplier inventory. At last, coming up with four assistant measures to streng the

Finally, the paper analyze the effect about inventory management improvement of
Hydropower eight bureau of Maotan project from the benefits of economy and management.
At the same time, we come up with five approaches to make sure the carrying out the project
of improvement, hoping that it is useful to the inventory management.
Above all, material inventory management is an important part of cost-control of
construction enterprises, and construction enterprise managers will gradually attach
importances to material inventory links. We hope the results of the study can provide a
reference value for the construction project inventory management.
