随着社会的发展,管理沟通也渐渐的在一个企业当中占据着相对重要的地位,一
个企业的员工能否有效的进行沟通将对信息传递产生直接的影响,因此,一个企业的
内部沟通机制是否完备也对该企业的未来的发展产生重要的影响。DR公司是云南的一
家民营上市企业,主要从事基于互联网服务业务的电信增值服务业务,以及通过使用
科技创新的手段来为社会服务。这些年来,该企业也逐渐发展的比较稳定,但是为了
能够在市场中占据更重要的地位也成为了该公司未来的一个发展方向。伴随着企业越
来越大的规模,使得企业内部沟通也变得越来越复杂,面对着更多的挑战,DR公司目
前的急需解决的问题之一就是建立一个有效的沟通机制从而提高企业的管理效率。
本文以DR公司作为案例进行研宄,结合有关管理沟通方面的理论知识,与DR公
司所存在的沟通特点相结合,对公司的员工进行满意度的调查,并且将得到的结果进
行分析,理论联系实际,寻找影响DR企业内部沟通的因素并且提出有效的应对措
施,建立一套适合于DR公司的内部沟通的有效机制。

DR Company's Internal Communication Management Research
Abstract
With the development of society, the management of communication has gradually
in an enterprise plays a relatively important position, the employees of an
enterprise can communicate effectively will have a direct impact on the transmission
of information, therefore,whether the internal communication mechanism of an
enterprise is to complete the enterprise future development have an important
impact. DR company is a private enterprise in Yunnan,mainly engaged in the business
of Internet based services value-added telecom services, and through the use of scientific and
technological innovation means to serve the society. Over the years, the company has
developed relatively stable,but in order to be able to occupy a more important position in the
market has also become a future development direction of the company. With the increasing
scale of the enterprise, make the enterprise internal communication is becoming more and more
complex, facing more challenges, a problem of DR company at present, which is the urgent
need to establish an effective communication mechanism so as to improve the efficiency of
management of the enterprise.
