随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立和地质勘查行业改革的不断深化,地勘行业结构

发生重大调整、行业市场化程度提高、行业规模不断扩大、多元化发展格局形成,同时

受外部不利宏观环境影响,行业竞争日益加剧。地勘企业正面临着新的发展形势和生存

挑战,市场和社会对地质勘查工作提出了更高的要求,因此地勘单位对未来自身的发展

战略进行深入的思考和研究非常有必要。

本文通过对前人企业战略管理相关理论总结分析和应用,结合CHred公司发展实

际,从战略发展角度首先针对企业的内部条件(公司基本情况、组织机构、人力资源、

经营效益及财务管理、商业模式、存在问题)和外部环境进行了系统分析研宄,然后利

用SWOT综合分析工具进行综合分析,指出了 CHred公司的内部优势与劣势、外部机

遇与威胁。在此基础上,确立了 CHred公司由传统的自我积累滚动发展向资本多元化发

展转变的战略定位和战略构想及实施的保障措施。

通过研究认为,CHred公司未来要充分利用好国家产业政策和国外相关矿业政策,

在保障母公司--CHXZ公司内部找矿勘查业务需要和提升对CHXZ资源大战略保障能力

的同时,全力推进企业转型升级,改变现行的单一发展模式,引进战略股份合作伙伴,

推动企业股权多元化改革,发展混合所有制经济;向矿权运作、风险投资勘查、矿产合

作开发和资本运营等多领域和多元化方向发展,实现与母公司协同发展模式的成功转

型,持续提升CHred公司核心竞争力和整体实力,促进公司持续发展。

Abstract

With the establishement of Chinese socialist market economy and the continuous

deepening reformation of geological exploration industry,the structure of geological

exploration industry faces great adjustment with high degree of industry marketzation,

continuous expansion of industry size, formation of diversified development pattern and

adverse macro environment of effect,the competion of industry of geological exploration

become more and more fierce.lt is necessary to research the development strategy of the

geological exploration company as the geological indusrty faces up new challenge of

development situation and survival,market and society put forward more higher

requirements.

The paper makes systemic analysis of internal conditions(company basic information,

organization sturcture, human resources, business resturns, business model and problems)

and external condition of CHred by making summary analysis of enterprise development

strategy of predecessors integarted actual situation of CHred development,then it makes

comprehensive analysis with SWOT and point out the strong and weakness,external

opportunity and threat of Chred. Based on before, Chred switched the strategy position and

conception of traditional self-accumulating and rolling development to a diverisfied one,

and also established safeguards of measures of implementation.

Through resrachment, while insuring the internal demand of geological exploration and

boosting the safeguard capability of great resouce trategy, CHred will make full use of

indutry policy of China and overseas relative mining policy to move forward transformation

and upgrading of enterprise and change the single-mode development,introduce strategic

cooperation partner,push forward the reformation of diverifed shares, develop mixed

ownership, expand into diverfied fields and direction of mineral rights operation,venture

capital exploration,cooperative development of mine and capital operation, finally realize

the successful transformation of synergetic development pattern with parent company to boost

the core competitiveness and overall strength and promote the sustainable development of the

company.
