体制改革使供电企业成为市场竞争的直接参与者,给电力企业带来了前所未
有的机遇和挑战。如何通过企业信息化的建设优化资源配置,提高企业自身的管
理效率和水平,形成企业可持续发展的内在动力,成为供电企业的迫切需要。
本文以辽宁省电力有限公司ERP系统为基础,通过东陵供电分公司对该系统
的实施,分析电网末端的县级供电企业和ERP系统终端用户在ERP系统运行中存
在的缺陷和不足,站在电力市场和发电企业之间纽带和中枢的位置,结合电力行
业自身的特点,提出适合本企业ERP发展方向的整改方案。

Abstract
As an important pillar of the national economy of power supply enterprise have
been implementing power system reform under the core of “separate of power station
and grid since 2000. State Grid Corporation of China undertake power transmission and
distribution transaction which separate from former national power corporationand a
great number of power station have been put under five electric power generation of
group corporation. State Grid Corporation of China,as state-owned enterprises which
affect national energy security and national economy development,Investment in
building and operation of grid is State Grid Corporation's main business.
System reform have been making power supply enterprise to become competitor in
the market, system reform have been bringing opportunities and challenges to power
supply enterprise.how to optimize the allocation of resources by the construction of
enterprise in order to improve management efficiency is becoming the urgent need to
power supply enterprise.
The paper is based on Liaoning province Electric Power Co,Ltd. ERP system.To
analyse the defects and deficiencies by the implemention of DONG LING power supply
Branch Corporation'ERP System as a terminal ERP system's user and county power
supply corporation. Standing in the location which link power station with electricity
market,combining with power industry's feature to propose rectification which is fit to
the enterprise ERP development direction.
