哈尔滨博实自动化股份有限公司（以下简称博实公司）是我国国内最早
参与设计、开发、研制自动化包装码垛设备的企业，其生产的设备主要用于
石化化工后处理方向，用于对成品物料进行自动化包装码垛。公司在经历多
年发展、现代企业制度改造后成功登陆深圳中小板。但从2010年起，由于国
家对大型化工项目的审批越发严格以及公司上市募集资金未得到有效利用，
公司目前正面临着销售业绩下滑、净利润率下降等前所未有的情况。因此，
本文的目的就是：对博实公司的外部宏观环境及内部资源条件进行综合分析，
制定符合公司自身情况的发展战略，最终使博实公司获得健康持续的发展。
本文以企业战略管理的理论为基础，从博实公司的实际经营情况出发，
运用PEST分析方法和波特五力模型分析了公司的外部宏观环境、行业环境及
内部资源条件。在此基础上，运用SWOT分析方法对博实公司所处的社会、
经济、文化环境以及行业竞争情况，拥有的内部资源条件进行了综合的考量。
从公司持续健康发展的角度出发，明确了博实公司的总体发展战略目标及阶
段性目标，并制定了六项符合公司情况的发展战略。最后根据战略实施原则
有针对性的制定了使博实公司发展战略顺利实施的保障措施。

Abstract
Automation is the most important technology in modern equipment
manufacturing area, aimed at achieving automatic 、 high efficiency 、
energy-saving 、 safe operatons in every industrial process, raised operation
efficiency and lowered labor intensity of corporation. As the adjust and reform of
our country’s industry constructure continuing deepening, automatic equipment
gets more widely used in modern corporation , our country’s automatic
equipment gets great development opportunity.
Harbin boshi automation Co.,Ltd is the most earlier participant of automat ic
packing and palletizing. The equipment was mostly applied to petrochemical
after-treatment area, automatically packaging and palletizing material. After
many year’s development、 modern enterprise system reform, Boshi Co.,Ltd
successfully landed on Shenzhen SME board. But from 2011, China has strict
approval on the project in huge petroleum and chemical industry and Boshi
Co.,Ltd hasn’t used the raised fund efficiently, our company’s sales volume is
sliding and net profit is down which we have never has. So ,the purpose of the
dissertation is synthesizing comprehensively the company’s exterior environment
and interior resourses , establishing suitable development strategy and then lead
the company to sustainable and healthy development.
This dissertation is based on enterprise development strategy and Boshi Co.,
Ltd status , applying PEST analysis and Potter five forces model to analyze the
company’s exterior macroscopic environment、industry environment and interior
resources .On the base of this ,applying SWOT analysis method to analyze the
social 、environment 、culture environment、industry company status and interior
resourses of Boshi Co.,Ltd . From a healthy and sustainable point of view ,
Boshi Co.,Ltd has established its development objective and corresponding
development strategy . In the end , according to the principle of strategy
implement , establishing guarantee measures accordingly for the Boshi co.,Ltd .
