本文针对企业面临的改革问题展开研究,并选择了龙岗污水处理厂为研究对
象,目的是设计出最佳的解决方案,制定出完善的绩效考核体系方案。笔者希望
自己的研究有助于企业人力资源管理水平的提高,也希望本次研究能为其他企业
的改革提供一些切实可行的建议。

This thesis first analyzes the performance appraisal model long gang water
pollution treatment plant is currently implemented, points out the problems exposed,
and on the basis of performance test of the theory and the practice unifies in together,
analysis, research the current implementation of the performance appraisal system, the
original system is re designed and constructed. In this paper, using the method of
literature review, comparative analysis and investigation method, described in detail
long gang water pollution treatment improved plant performance evaluation system
based on the design idea, basic principles and objective on, the indicators of
performance appraisal system were discussed, the perfect performance appraisal
system of the measures put forward from different angles, and the possible result is
evaluated, purpose is to solve the problems existing in the Corporation, to realize the
sustainable development of enterprises.
Aiming at the reform issue facing enterprises is studied, and select the long gang
water treatment plant as the research object, the purpose is to design the best solution,
make a perfect performance appraisal system. The author hopes that the research can
help enterprise human resources management level, but also hope that this research
can provide some feasible suggestions for the reform of other enterprises.
