单的阐述;然后对公司目前存在的管理问题进行了分析,在此基础上重新设计出新的绩效管理体系
新的绩效管理制度以 360 度全面考核为主,对企业、部门以及员工重新设计和明确,以及绩效考评
结果如何应用于员工薪酬、培训等方面进行了探讨。本文主要从济南高新区污水处理厂绩效管理的
现状进行调查分析,找出公司当前存在的主要问题和不足,在梳理绩效管理理论,并参考目前应用
较广泛的几种绩效考核方法的基础上,设计出新的适合济南高新区污水处理厂现状和发展战略的员
工绩效管理体系

Ji'nan High Tech Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant is one of state-owned enterprises adapted from
water institute, which mainly deal with the sewage disposal business of High & New Tech Development
Zone of Ji'nan City. Due to the long-term mode of operation and management institutions making the
enterprise lack of effective performance management system, the employee's enthusiasm is not high, and in
low efficiency, more personnel than work available etc.. In view of this situation, the company leadership
set up a system to fit for the demands of the development of enterprises performance management system
in accordance with the requirements of the modern enterprise management system to improve the
performance of employees and enterprises management level.
The paper first elaborated the domestic and foreign related theories on performance
management and knowledge, and four main methods were described and analyzed; then on
the basis of being analyzed the Management Corporation problems, a new performance
management system was designed. The new performance management system mainly used
the full 360 degree appraisal to evaluate the performance managements of departments and
employees, and to design and clear the appraisal result application again in employee
compensation, training and so on.
The purpose of this paper started from the analysis of the current situation of
management and performance management of sewage treatment plant of Ji'nan high tech
Zone survey, we can find the problems and deficiencies in the company, combing the theory
of performance management, performance appraisal method based several currently used
widely and reference, design new for Ji'nan high tech Zone Wastewater Treatment plant status
and the development strategy of staff performance management system.
