所以,本文以哈药集团有限公司的岗位体系为研究对象,分析了公司目前岗
位管理在公司发展现阶段出现的问题。研究思路主要为现状的白描,问题的
分析以及方案的提出。意在通过对现有岗位的梳理,建立定岗定编、岗位评
价、职业发展通道等流程与方法,为哈药集团建立科学的岗位体系,发挥岗
位管理价值,保障哈药集团战略目标实现。
本文主要采用理论研究、案例研究和调查问卷相结合的研究方法,分析
了调查问卷所暴露出问题的原因,并对各种理论工具的优缺点及适用范围进
行了探讨,同时结合哈药集团实际,为岗位体系建设提供了解决思路及方案。
由于方案中大量地结合企业的具体数据,所以在定岗方式、定编方法、岗位
评价的操作以及职业发展通道的设计等方面形成了多种可操作的方法及工
具。通过论文的研究充分地揭示了岗位管理对于现代企业人力资源管理的重
要性之外,还表明岗位管理是提高效率、节约成本、宽带薪酬、员工发展等
人力资源战略规划落实的基础。

Abstract
Along with the pharmaceutical enterprises competing fiercely , the
proportion of pharmaceutical industry cost gradually increase. Harbin
Pharmaceutical Group put forward the development concept about start a new
undertaking and the transformation and upgrading”. Change the group
management mode for the operation and management. The change of the
human resources work from personnel management to modern enterprise human
resources management transformation is the internal and external environmental
requirements, and then the foundation of modern human resources management
is position management.so Taking the position system of Harbin Pharmaceutical
Group as a research object, this paper analysis the company developing problems
about position management at the present stage. The main methods of research
are status description, problem analysis and solution. Intended to adjust the
existing posts, establishing posts and allocation, job evaluation, career
development paths and other processes, to establish a scientific management
system of the post for Harbin Pharmaceutical Group, to fully maximize the value
of job management, ensuring the realization of the strategic objectives of the
Group.
