本文描述了具有铁法能源公司特色的安全文化、管理文化、和谐文化的丰富内容
及成效:一是实施“三项制度”,即安全确认、三三整理、手指口述的精细安全管理,
提高了安全管理综合水平,规范了员工从业行为,落实了“三大规程”和措施,强化
了“三基”建设,实现了全员、全过程安全管理,为实现安全发展奠定了基础。实施
走动管理,实现了信息传递的及时性,提高了隐患(问题)的整改率、数据信息自动
生成率、现场人员走动率和矿井的信息化管理水平,创新了安全文化,促进了企业安
全发展。二是实施岗位价值精细管理“3+1”模式 ,实现了管理方式的“四个转
变”,加强了企业管理基础工作,全面提升了员工综合素质,提高了企业经济效益,
创新了管理文化,保证了企业健康发展。三是采取多种途径,以个人品德、家庭美德、
职业道德、社会公德,促进身心和谐、家庭和谐、矿区和谐、社会和谐,创新了和谐
文化,推动了企业和谐发展。
本文通过总结铁法能源公司企业文化建设的成效,进一步揭示了文化力的重大作
用,证明了文化力是企业核心竞争力,是推动企业又好又快发展的强大动力。本文通
过传统文化和现代管理融入铁法能源公司企业文化建设的深入调研,还提出了在企业
文化建设中存在的一些问题并对其给予的五点建议:领导重视,是推动企业文化建设
的关键;齐抓共管,是企业文化建设的必备条件;做真做实,是企业文化建设具有生
命力的根本;各具特色,是企业文化建设充满活力的保证;广泛参与,是企业文化建
设的重要基础。最后,从铁法能源公司企业文化创新发展的过程,结合国内外企业文
化创新发展的经验和问题,提出了国有企业文化创新发展所面临的“三大机遇“和”
