天津港是我国北方最大的综合性港口,是我国沿海主枢纽港和综合运输体系
的重要枢纽。天津港的年吞吐量已经突破5. 2亿吨,集装箱1350万标准箱,拥有
2. 5万名劳务派遣员工。在经济建设快速发展的形势下,港口建设需要大量的劳务
工人,他们是港口建设的基石,从事最基础的工作,对港口的建设发展贡献了巨
大的力量。天津港设施中心每年都要招收50余名劳务员工,由于设施中心管理制
度或者是劳务市场的变化,劳务员工的流失成为主要的话题。劳务员工的流失不
仅影响到设施中心的正常运转,同时还增加了人力资源成本,影响到整个企业的
工作氛围,为企业带来较大的负面影响。针对这种现象,应该对劳务员工流失的
原因进行分析,然后根据设施中心的发展现状,制定适宜的解决策略,尽量保证
劳务员工的稳定性,为设施中心的稳定运行创造有利的条件,进而促进港口的建
设。
本文运用数据分析法的原理,将天津港设施中心劳务员工流失现象的分析过
程分为流失现状、流失原因分析、发放调查问卷、数据收集、提出解决方法等几
部分内容,结合劳务员工的相关理论,分别阐述设施中心劳务员工流失的现状、
原因及解决方法,通过调查问卷作给出的数据反向对劳务员工流失原因分析进行
验证。同时,针对劳务员工管理中存在的问题,提出建设性的意见和建议,对设
施中心劳务员工的未来发展趋势进行展望。最终,本文经过对设施中心劳务员工
流失解决方案的分析论证,给出本文的结论。

ABSTRACT
Tianjin port is the largest comprehensive port in north China, it is the pivotal ports
along the coast of China and the integrated transportation system important hub.Tianjin
port have breakliirough with throughput of 520 million tons,13.5 million teu container,
have 25000 labor dispatch staff.In economic construction under the situation of rapid
development, port construction requires a lot of labor workers,they are the cornerstone
of port construction, in the most basic work,contribution to port construction and
development of the enormous power.Tianjin port facilities center each year to recruit 50
service employees, tiie core management system or facilities is the change of the labor
market,the loss of labor workers become the main topic. The loss of labor workers not
only affect the normal operation of facilities center, and at the same time also increased
the human resources cost,affect the whole enterprise working atmosphere, for
enterprise to bring greater negative impact.Aiming at this phenomenon, should analyze
the reasons of the loss of labor workers, then according to the center of the facilities
development present situation, formulate appropriate solution strategy, as far as possible
to ensure the stability of the s过vice staff, to create favorable conditions for the stable
op^ation of the facility center, and promote the construction of the port.
This paper USES tiie principle of data analysis, at the center of the tianjin port
facilities service staffs loss phenomenon analysis process is divided into damn present
situation, the cause analysis,questionnaires, data collection,put forward the solutions
such as a few parts, based on the relevant theory of service staff,respectively in this
paper,the facility center service staffs loss situation, causes and solutions, throu^i the
questionnaire for the given data back to verify this labor turnover cause analysis.Service
at the same time, in view of the problems existing in tiie staff management,put forward
constructive opinions and Suggestions, for facility services staff at the centre of the
future development trend were discussed
