因此,尝试着以 CCZ 学校的管理考核制度为研究对象,以“教师满意度”调查
为切入点,经过详细的对比分析,寻找到了问题存在的原因,即考核管理层面的认识
缺陷、考核机构运转不畅;考核制度设计层面的考核原则的缺失、考核项目定位不准
确、考核监控机制的缺位;考核实施操作层面的双向沟通的阻塞、申诉渠道的不畅、
心理作用的影响。针对这些原因,并结合 CCZ 学校的实际状况,本文笔者提出了以下
考核设计方案:首先是考核制度结构方面的设计,从考核体系原则、考核职能部门、
考核标准等方面进行了论述;其次是从考核配套制度方面进行了完善,完善的内容包
括交流机制的构建、监督机制的构建以及申诉机制的构建;最后是从考核细节方面进
行了优化,优化的内容包括学生评价、考核结果以及考核周期。

Abstract
Practice has proved that good management appraisal system for the organization 's
future development is of great significance. As an important part of the Vocational
Education of China's education system , its development also needs the power of human
resource management and development . Our teacher evaluation system began in the 1960s,
experienced a start, normalization , depth phases. In the continuous efforts of educators and
scholars , our teacher management appraisal system matures, improve incentives for
schools to inspire faculty initiative and creativity to improve the school's talent
management level , and enhance the quality of school education , improve the overall
competitiveness of the school played a crucial role. But at the same time , we also present
at the vocational school administration building assessment system has some structural
flaws : the evaluation system is not perfect, one-sided assessment indicators , poor
complaint channels , lack of oversight bodies . Serious impact on these issues of justice
and fairness to the evaluation system , hindering the modernization of the assessment
system.
Therefore, this article attempts to manage the CCZ school assessment system for the
study ofteachers' satisfactionsurvey as the starting point , after a detailed comparative
analysis , to find the cause of problems , namely the level of awareness of the defect
assessment management , assessment agencies dysfunctional ; lack of assessment
principles appraisal system design level , assessment project location is not accurate, the
absence of assessment monitoring mechanisms; impact assessment of the implementation
of the operational level of blocking two-way communication , poor psychological
complaint channels . For these reasons, combined with the actual situation of CCZ schools ,
this paper the author presents the following assessment design: The first is the structural
aspects of the assessment system designed from the assessment system were discussed
principles , assessment functions , assessment criteria and other aspects ; followed from
assessment supporting aspects of the sound system , including construction of perfect
communication mechanisms , building and building supervision mechanism complaints
mechanisms ; Finally, optimized from the assessment details, optimized content , including
student evaluation , assessment results and evaluation cycle.
