摘 要
近些年,随着社会经济的快速发展,我国的社会结构与产业结构都在不断
优化,这样的高速发展也对我国教育行业提出了新的要求。高等职业教育作为
高等教育发展中的一个类型,肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线
需要的高技能人才的使命。教师作为职业院校的灵魂,如何提高工作效率、提
高工作积极性对整个职业院校的发展都具有不可忽视的作用,由此可见,建立
一个适应学院现状的教师绩效考核体系是增强学院核心竞争力的一种有效途
径。

本文主要针对 LZ 学院现行的教师绩效考核体系进行了介绍,并详细说明
了现有考核体系中存在的问题,具体问题主要包括:考核观念的偏差,数据来
源主观性太强、考核结果缺乏分析、反馈和应用,考核内容不全面以及方式过
于统一,考核过程缺乏沟通。这些问题的成因为新的绩效考核体系提供了理论
参考和改革方向。在新的绩效考核体系中,我们主要使用了结合 360 度考核法
的目标管理法,健全了考核流程和制度,完善了考核内容,加强了考核结果的
应用,新的考核制度将更规范、更科学、更全面。

本文不仅重视考核指标的设定,更深入地讨论了实施保障体系,从考核主
体、考核流程、考核应用等方面为考核体系提供了保障。希望通过本文的讨论
能够为 LZ 学院提供相应的借鉴和参考。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, our country's
social structure and industrial structure has been optimized, so that the rapid
development of education industry of our country also puts forward the new
requirements. Higher vocational education as a type of development of higher
education, shoulders the training for production, construction, service and
management first line requires high skill talented person's mission. Teachers, as the
soul of vocational colleges, how to improve the work efficiency, improve working
enthusiasm for the development of the vocational colleges have the effect that
cannot ignore, thus, to establish a status to adapt to the college teachers performance
appraisal system is an effective way to strengthen the key competitiveness of
colleges.
This article mainly aims at the LZ college the teacher performance appraisal
system are introduced, and details the problems existing in the existing assessment
system, specific issues including: assessment of our thinking is biased, the data
source is too subjective assessment results lack of analysis, feedback, and
application of examination content is not comprehensive and way too uniform, the
assessment process is lack of communication. These problems because the new
performance appraisal system provides the theoretical reference and direction of
reform. In the new performance appraisal system, we mainly use the combined with
360 - degree evaluation method of target management, perfect the assessment
system and process, and improve the examination contents and strengthen the
application of assessment results, the new appraisal system will be more
standardized, more scientific and more comprehensive.
Not only attaches great importance to the set of assessment index, this paper
further discusses the implementation of security system, from the aspects such as
appraisal subject, appraisal process, the inspection application provides a security
assessment system. Hope that through this article discussion to LZ institute to
provide the corresponding reference.
