本文以沈航职学院的教师为研究对象,针对沈航职学院在教师绩效考核过程中出现
的问题,设计了一套切实可行的绩效考核方案,从而促.进沈航职学院教师整体水平的提
升。本文首先阐述了研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容及研究方法,论述了
绩效考核的相关理论。其次,在介绍沈航职学院发展历史、组织结构和现有教师结构等
基础上重点分析沈航职学院现行教师绩效考核存在的问题。然后,在深入调研的基础上,
对沈航职学院教师绩效考核进行改进设计,主要包括绩效考核改进设计的指导思想及原
则、考核周期和方法、教师岗位说明书的制定、绩效考核指标的设计、绩效考核薪酬的
分配、绩效考核的反馈、绩效考核结杲的使用等内容。最后,就如何有效实施该绩效考
核方案提出了相应的保障措施。

Abstract
With the development of higher education reform, especially after some of the higher
vocational colleges autonomy enrollment, higher vocational colleges are more competitive.
Improving the performance appraisal of teachers,mining teachers' potential,mobilizing the
enthusiasm and initiative, building a high-level teacher team, providing a hi迪 level of
teaching quality is an effective measure to enhance the competitive of the vocational colleges.
Therefore, the establishment of a reasonable teacher performance appraisal has very important
significance to the rapid development of the vocational colleges,
The purpose of the paper is to design a set of practical performance assessment program
in order to promote Shenyang Aviation Vocational and Technical College teachers1 overall
level by researching the problems in the performance appraisal process of teachers in
Shenyang Aviation Vocational and Technical College.This article first elaborates the research
background and the significance, domestic and foreign research present situation,research
content and research method,discusses tiie relevant theories of performance appraisal.
Secondlythis article focuses on the problems of current teacher performance appraisal on Hie
basis of introducing the history, organizational structure, current teachers structure of
Shenyang Aviationl Vocational and Technical College . And then, on the basis of thorough
investigation, the article improves the design of performance appraisal of the college
including the guiding ideas,principle, assessment cycles and method, the formulation of the
teachers' job description, the design of performance measure, the distribution,feedback
system5results application system and so on. Lastly,the article states several relevent treasures
to assure the practice of this plan effectively.
