本文首先介绍了奥的斯电梯公司、奥的斯泰达研发部门——工程中心及其产
品和产品开发流程,分析了当前产品开发过程中存在的主要问题。论文的第二章
对 ACE 和 ACE 工具进行了概述,第三章详细介绍了 ACE 团队的组建,以及 ACE
在工程中心的推广和使用情况,重点对应用于产品开发流程管理的 ACE 工具进
行了说明。本人作为 ACE 在部门推广的参与者、流程及标准制定的参与者和改
进者,理论联系实际,介绍了应用 ACE 工具,重点是应用价值流图对部门现行
的产品设计流程进行分析和改进,并对产品开发过程中存在的问题,包括产品数
据和项目信息管理、协同设计等进行了分析和研究,给出了建议。

As one of the R&D center in China, OTIS TEDA SIT (System Integrated Team)
has been undertaken more and more new product development projects. ACE is
UTC’s key idea for putting up productivity and improving the process. ACE was
introduced in manufactory initially, got ahead in the department. After Tianjin SIT
found, ACE has been applied in the development works step by step. SIT follows the
PDP in product development.
The thesis firstly introduces OTIS China, OTIS R&D department-SIT with its
products, and product development process, analyses the key issue in current product
development. In the chapter two, the thesis summarizes ACE and ACE tools, then
presents the building of ACE team in detail, introduces the ACE’s popularity and
application, illustrates the ACE’s tools for product development process. As SIT
ACE’s participant, standard works compiler, and the development process improver,
the author links theory with practice, introduces the application of ACE’s tools,
chiefly uses the VSM to analyze and improve the product design process in R&D
department, gives suggestions in product data management, project management and
cooperation design.
