摘要

珠海港集团目前正处于快速发展期,随着各项企业文化理念的逐步形成与发

展,企业文化建设工作显得尤为重要。企业中层管理者在企业内部的特殊地位,

他们承上启下,既是决策者又是执行者,在现阶段的珠海港集团如何发挥中层管

理者的以身作则以及团队建设中的重要作用,真正将珠海港集团的核心价值观落

至工作实处,打造符合企业现阶段发展的文化体系,并持续锻造企业的文化软实

力是本文需要论述的主要问题。

作为管理的中坚力量,我们需要着重关注如何发挥中层管理者的影响力,并

发挥好他们在企业文化的桥梁作用。重点在于企业通过创新机制营造氛围,通过

提供正面支持评价与合适的权力授信等管理创新手段,在基层员工心中树立起来

中层管理者的文化影响力。同时,作为中层管理者,除了要履行上传下达的管理

职能之外,他们还需要通过自身执行力和带领团队、塑造团队。如果中层管理者能

够针对企业各个阶段的文化建设要求,不断强化自身素质建设,从自身严要求、

重执行,爱协作,讲学习,并且通过良好的正确人力资源各个关键点的管理行为

选择合适的人,培育合适的理念,激励合适的行为,从而使各项企业文化要求真

正落入实处,通过沟通渠道的完善、制度体系的建设、积极稳定的发展,真正培

育起企业良好的文化氛围。

英文摘要

ABSTRACT

Zhuhai Port Group is currently in a phase of rapid development. Witii the gradual

formation and development of the corporate culture concepts and ideas, corporate

culture construction work becomes extraordinarily important. In the group, middle

managers paly a very special role. They form a connecting link between the preceding

and the following; they act as both policy makers and executors. How to exert

theirrolesin team building and on other aspects at this stage of Zhuhai Port Group so as

to put Zhuhai Port Group's Core values into forces,build a culture systemin line with

the current development stage, and continue to forge cultural soft power of the company

is the main issue discussed in this paper.

Middle managers are the backbone of the management We need to focus on how

to exert their influence and the role as a bridge in the corporate culture. The key point is

to create an atmosphere through innovative mechanismsestablish the cultural influence

of the middle managers among the grass-roots staff through a variety of management

means like positive support and evaluation as well as the appropriate authorization.

Meanwhile, in addition to performingtheir management functions as the connection link,

middle managers also need to lead and build teams through their own executive force. If

middle managerscan continuously strengthen their quality,have strict requirements on

themselves,emphasize the execution, cooperation and learning,correctly select proper

employees through the correct application of human resources management, cultivate

proper ideas, and stimulate proper behaviors, the requirements of the corporate culture

can really put into practice. Together with the improvement of communication channels

and the establishment and development of institutional system, a good corporate culture

can finally be established.
