于直属基层单位领导班子作用发挥的好与差,因此,对鞍钢直属
基层单位领导班子成员的考评、领导干部的任用对鞍钢基层单
位生产经营至关重要。
当前 ,随 着经济形势的发展变化和市场竞争的日趋加剧,企
业对领导干部的素质要求也日益提高,现有的考评体系的考评
标准、考评制度、考评办法和考评手段对于形势的变化和发展则
显得滞后.id本文通过大量的调查分析,针对存在的问题和不足,
重点在考评标准和考评方法方面提出了改进措施,主要进行了
以下研究:
1、素 质 考 评标准的主、亚维度权值的确定、确定权值工具的
采用和标准的量化。
2、 考 评 方法的改善、考评结果的数据处理以及误差调整方
法等。
