摘要
现代人力资源管理的发展中对员工培训的重视程度不断增加,将员工培训
看作是企业提升员工价值能力的重要因素,是影响企业发展及员工个人发展的重
要因素。我国企业在员工培训方面的起步相对较晚,在员工培训的系统化建设上
相对不足。TC汽车客运公司是我国较早构建员工培训体系的企业之一,虽然其
培训在过去几年对于员工能力优化和企业发展发挥了一定的作用,但是就目前情
况而言,企业员工培训体系的发展也表现出一定的问题,在我国国内很多企业具
备一定的普遍性。因此,本文研究以文献分析法、案例分析法、数据分析法等,
对TC汽车客运公司员工培训体系的现状、缺陷等进行分析,明确导致TC汽车
客运公司员工培训存在不足的主要原因并寻求解决之路
通过全文分析,本文得出三个主要结论:首先,培训体系是现代人力资源
管理的重要内容,企业培训体系的效果会对其综合人力资源管理效果产生重要影
响;其次,在企业培训体系的作用发挥中,会受到培训目标、培训流程及培训的
运行保障机制的影响,但是目前我国很多企业在这三个方面存在一定不足,也就
限制了企业员工培训机制效果的有效发挥;最后,促进企业员工培训机制的优化,
对于提升员工的工作能力及对企业的忠诚度和工作积极性十分重要,这需要针对
上述三个主要不足设计针对性解决方案,这是现代企业培训体系需要关注的重要
内容

Study on the Optimization of the Staff Training System of
TC Passenger Transport Company
Abstract
Employee training of the development of modern human resource management
is increasing. Employee training is an important factor that affect the development of
enterprises and employee development, enhance the value of staff capacity of the
enterprise. The staff training of our enterprises started relatively late, and lack of
system construction. TC Passenger Car Company is one of the earliest company
which has started the employee training early. Though its training has played a certain
role in the staff capacity optimization and the growth of company, to the present case,
there are problems in the employee training filed. Therefor, this paper analyzed the
status and defects of the TC Passenger Car Company by way of literature analysis,
case analysis and data analysis, define the reasons and solutions
Through the analysis, we draw three main conclusions: First,the training system
is an important content of modern human resource management, and the effect of the
enterprise's training system will affect the whole consenquent of the human resource
management. Second, in the role of the whole system, it affected by the aim, process
and safeguard Mechanism. If we lack anyone of them, it will restrict the result of the
employee training. Last,it is very important that promote the optimization of
employee training system for the promoting of the capabality of the stuff, and also
improve the loyalty and enthusiasm. Therefor, we should propose several solutions
for the different situations, and it is the contents that morden companies should
concern.
