摘 要
随着中国改革开放的不断深入,外商投资企业纷涌而至,同时也带来了新的管
理思想,人力资源管理就是其中的一种。人力资源管理在外商投资企业的发展中,
具有十分重要的地位,其对象是企业中的全体员工,人力资源管理水平的高低直接
关系到企业的生产经营与效益
树立以人为中心的管理理念是不少外商投资企业管理发展的一大趋势,外商
投资企业人力资源管理是一个新时代的课题,本论文在大量收集各类外商投资企
业的人力资源管理资料的基础上,总结出了一般性的规律,研究了企业的人力预测
与计划,分析了人力资源管理活动的具体实施方法,探究了跨文化人力资源管理
中的新问题,建立了企业内部人力流动与供给的数学模型
外商投资企业具有较大的自主管理权,为了适应中国市场及政策法规之要求
和实行有效的跨文化人力资源管理,就必须有其独特的管理机制,本论文创立了一
套适和中国实际的人力资源管理的操作模式,涉及到人力计划、职位设计、人员
挑选与培训、工资制定与考绩等方面,这些对于外商投资企业及中国企业的人力
资源管理都具有一定的参考与借鉴意义

ABSTRACT
With the development of reform and opening to the outside world in China, a lot
of foreign companies have surged into China, bringing the new idea of management.
Human resource management is very important in the development of
foreign-invested companies. It targets all the employees of a company. HRM directly
affects the operation and benefits of the companies.
It’s a trend to center the human resource in the company’s management. HRM
of foreign-invested companies is an important issue in the new era. On the base of a
lot of HRM files collected from many foreign-invested companies. A set of basic
principles have been concluded in the thesis. Human resource forecasting & planning
and cross-cultural HRM, together with HRM activities, have been researched in this
thesis. In addition, mathematics model concerning human resource flow and supply
has been made.
Foreign-invested companies have the free rights of management .In order to
adapt to the China market and Chinese policies & regulations ,it is a must to establish
a set of HRM operating patterns which are suitable for the Chinese reality. All these
been worked out and are of some useful to the HRM in foreign-invested companies
and China’s enterprises.
