摘要
本文在对质量管理理论和方法进行全面系统介绍的基础上,对江铃汽车股
份有限公司全过程质量管理进行了全面的描述和总结,分析了江铃汽车股份有
限公司实施全过程质量管理的优势及其遇到的可能会存在的问题,并提出了相
应的对策建议。本文认为,全过程质量管理是江铃汽车股份有限公司以全面质
量管理理论为指导,根据自身企业的实际情况和多年来的质量管理实践,-以生
产经营过程为主线,在生产经营过程中贯彻全面质量管理理念和方法的质量管
理模式,它包括全过程质量管理的组织结构、运作流程、效果评价、制度保障
等,全过程质量管理的实施,具有人人关注质量、公司管理以质量管理为核心、
价值创造过程等优势。但是,江铃在实施全过程质量管理中,也遇到质量与成
本、人员流失严重、供应商可靠性不足等困难和问题。为此,本文提出了 “合理
质量、快乐企业文化、与供应商双赢的模式”等对策建议。

ABSTRACT
In this paper,describe and summary the JMC Whole Process quality management
based on quality management theory and method,and analysis its advantages and
shortages, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions。

The JMC whole process quality management take the total quality management
theory as the instruction, according to the actual condition of the enterprise and the
quality management practice for many years, operating in the production process as
the main line, in the production process to implement a comprehensive quality
management concept and methods of quality management mode,
The JMC whole process quality management is made of the organization structure,
operation process, effect evaluation, system guarantee etc.
In the JMC everybody pays attention to quality management,the company
management take the quality management as the management core.
However,in the implementation of the whole process quality management, we
meet “the quality and cost, serious loss of staff,suppliers lack of reliability and so on
problem Therefore, we puts forward the reasonable quality, happy corporate culture,
and supplier win-win pattern ’’ and the countermeasures.
