浅析我国农产品营销渠道管理策略 摘要
随着经济全球化的不断发展、金融市场的深度开放,我国的商业银行受到巨 大冲击,生存环境和发展前景正面临巨大的考验。而商业银行仍处于转型时期, 缺乏对自身客户需求特点和变化的准确分析和系统把握,知识简单零散地运用促 销、创新等营销手段,所以一直处于国内外金融市场竞争的被动地位,无法进行 有效科学地目标市场细分、目标市场选择和定位。所以,在我国金融业的高速发 展和金融全球化的国际趋势下,我国商业银行的目标市场战略的分析研究就显得 必要而又迫切。因此本文主要研究我国商业银行目标市场战略的含义、设立背景、 意义,采用理论联系实际的研究方法,探究我国商业银行目标市场营销的发展现 状和发展优势,深入剖析我国商业银行目标市场战略在近几年的发展过程中逐渐 凸显的问题以及问题产生的原因,最后提出相关对策及建议。
