I 摘要 第二产业制造业，乃中国国民经济重中之重，乃立国的根本，强国的根基。十八 世纪兴起工业文明至今，通过世界强国的历史进程和我国自身的奋斗历史可证，如果 没有一个强大的制造业支撑，也就没有一个国家和民族的繁荣富强。建设拥有强大竞 争力的制造产业，是中国进一步提高综合国力、建设一流强国的重要道路。 生产物流活动随着企业生产环节的工艺过程产生的，它已经成为了生产工艺的一 个子环节。以前，人们研究产品生产时，着重点在于一个又一个的生产加工环节，往 往忽略了在每一个生产加工环节的物流活动。比如，原材料或者零部件在离开前一道 工序，进入后面一道工序时，就会伴生着向前运动、装卸搬运、暂时停止等物流活动， 这样导致的结果便是，一个生产周期，物流活动所用的时间远远超过实际原材料零部 件的加工时间。所以，研究制造企业的生产物流系统潜力，人工劳动节约的潜力和节 省时间的潜力是巨大的。 因此，对制造业企业生产物流系统及生产物流系统效率的研究，与我国对制造业 三大转变的发展规划方向一致。 本文主要以重庆HE公司洗衣机的生产物流系统为案例研究对象，利用相关文献、 案例分析法、实地调研法和问卷调查法等进行研究，围绕生产物流系统效率影响因素 分析及提升路径进行详细研究。分析比较国内外制造企业关于生产物流系统、生产物 流系统效率的研究现状，借鉴其研究内容和范围，对本文研究对象重庆HE公司洗衣 机进行具体分析，希望能够为我国白色家电制造业提高生产物流系统效率提供一些理 论依据。从生产物流系统效率影响因素的研究角度出发，对重庆HE公司洗衣机生产 物流系统开展调研，运用因子分析方法，得到影响效率的关键因素有哪些，分析原因， 结合企业实际情况提出相应的对策。 关键词：生产物流系统；效率影响因素；提升路径 Abstract III Abstract Themanufacturingindustryofthesecondindustryisthemostimportantpartof China'snationaleconomy,thefoundationofthecountryandthefoundationofastrong country.Sincetheriseofindustrialcivilizationinthe18thcentury,throughthehistorical processofworldpowersandthehistoryofChina'sownstruggle,itcanbeprovedthat withoutastrongmanufacturingindustrysupport,therewillbenoprosperityofacountry andanation.Buildingamanufacturingindustrywithstrongcompetitivenessisan importantwayforChinatofurtherimproveitscomprehensivenationalstrengthandbuilda first-classpower. Withtheproductionprocessoftheenterprise,productionlogisticsactivitieshave becomeasublinkoftheproductionprocess.Inthepast,whenpeoplestudiedproduct production,theyfocusedononeproductionandprocessinglinkafteranother,often ignoringthelogisticsactivitiesineachproductionandprocessinglink.Forexample,when therawmaterialsorpartsleavethepreviousprocessandenterthenextprocess,theywill beaccompaniedbyforwardmovement,loadingandunloading,temporarystopandother logisticsactivities.Asaresult,thetimeoflogisticsactivitiesinaproductioncycleisfar longerthantheactualprocessingtimeofrawmaterialsandparts.Therefore,itisgreatto studythepotentialofproductionlogisticssystem,laborsavingandtimesavingof manufacturingenterprises.Therefore,theresearchontheproductionlogisticssystemand theefficiencyoftheproductionlogisticssystemofmanufacturingenterprisesisconsistent withthedevelopmentplanningdirectionofthethreemajorchangesofmanufacturing industryinChina. Thispapermainlytakestheproductionlogisticssystemofwashingmachineof Chongqinghecompanyasthecasestudyobject,usingtherelevantliterature,caseanalysis, fieldresearchandquestionnairesurveymethodtostudy,focusingontheanalysisoffactors affectingtheefficiencyofproductionlogisticssystemandthepathofimprovement.
