城市建设和发展过程中会出现不少问题，城市更新是解决问题的重要手段。 以前城市发展更偏于进行大片区推倒再建，不重视区域文脉的接续，致使不少具 有历史底蕴的建筑和街区在此过程中受到损坏，城市病日渐突出，进而伴随着传 统产业逐步衰落，新兴产业又青黄不接，发展速度放缓，经济增长疲软。而现代 化产业集群是以 “发展、互利、共赢”为核心要素，集中表现为高附加值产业， 是知识型、密集型、辐射性的集群特征，可以有效解决之前城市发展建设中历史 文脉断裂和人产城空心化等问题，符合城市更新下产业集群发展方向。 文章对城市更新背景下的产业集群研究，分析城市更新与产业集群的关系， 借鉴产业集群发展，盘活现有资源、引入新兴产业、激发新的经济增长极等经验 做法，剖析成都市青羊区在城市更新进程中形成的金融商务、文博文创、总部经 济三大主导产业集群现状，找准产业集群发展瓶颈，为成都市青羊区城市更新为 产业集群发展创造条件探索路径与方法。文章重点阐述城市更新与产业集群之间 的联系，和在此背景下产业集群对集聚人智人才、营造氛围环境、构建发展平台、 推动载体建设等促进作用，从而通过特色、高能的产业吸附成群发展更有效地美 化人居环境、传承历史文脉、提升产业能级、增进企业福祉，最终达到产业有序 发展、企业互利互赢的美好愿景。 关键词： 城市更新；产业集群；产业布局湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II Abstract There are many problems in the process of urban construction and development, urban renewal is an important way to solve them. The traditional urban renewal ways mainly on the large-scale demolition and reconstruction, which ignored the importance of urban context inheritances，and damaged large number of historic blocks and characteristic architectures in the process. Moreover, “city disease” stands out. Economic development slows down due to continuously decline of traditional industries, and dying out new industries.While the new urban renewal way, modern industrial cluster, can solve problems, such as urban culture broken, and unbalanced industries development in the process. Modern industrial cluster, which implies "development, mutual benefit, win-win " has characteristics of knowledge-intensive, high value added and widened benefits，which in line with the development direction of industrial cluster under urban renewal. This research mainly studies the industrial cluster development under urban renewal. Studying the relationship between urban renewal and industrial cluster, fully learning from the experiences of other cities in the process of urban renewal, which offer experiences in revitalizing existing resources, introducing new industries and stimulating new poles of economic growth by the development of industrial cluster. Analyzing the status quo of three leading industrial cluster in the process of urban renewal in Qingyang District of Chengdu, namely finance and commerce, culture and innovation, and headquarters economy, identifying the bottleneck of industrial cluster development，to create conditions and explore ways and methods for the development of industrial cluster by the urban renewal of Chengdu Qingyang District.This paper focuses on the relationship between urban renewal and industrial cluster, and the promoting role of industrial cluster in gathering intellectual talents, creating good atmosphere, building a development platform, and promoting the construction of carriers.In this way, we can beautify the living environment, inherit the historical湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 III context, improve the industrial level, and enhance the well-being of enterprises through characteristic and energetic industry absorption group development.And then ,the goal of orderly industrial development and mutual benefit of enterprises will be finally achieved.
