纵观国际汽车工业发展历程，绝大多数都是以产业集群的方式得以发展。随着市场竞
争的越发激烈，汽车产业全球化进程日益加快，产业集群是汽车工业发展的必由之路

我国汽车产业起步晚，发展快。目前为止，很多地区相互聚集已然构建成了几个
巨大的产业集群，主要的地区有长三角地区、珠三角地区、东北地区、环渤海地区、
中部地区、西南地区。安徽省作为我国中部地区唯一具有两个自主品牌的地区，以安
徽江淮和芜湖奇瑞为首，汽车产业集群已经形成。滁州市汽车产业虽然起步较晚，但
相继出台《滁州汽车产业中长期发展战略规划（2013 年-2020 年）》等各类政策文件，
依托良好的传统汽车制造业基础，将汽车产业发展列为滁州市“十大工程”之一，制
定国民经济及产业发展目标，围绕打造滁州汽车城，主攻龙头引进、规模集聚和科技
创新，致力于把滁州建设成为安徽省乃至长三角地区重要的汽车及零部件制造基地，
特别是发展新能源汽车

本文运用产业集群理论、钻石模型、地点系数法，对滁州市产业集群现状及存在
的问题进行实证研究。首先阐述本文研究的背景与意义，同时提出研究思路确定研究
内容。然后总结国内外有关产业集群和汽车产业集群的理论研究发展。第三章先运用
钻石模型分析滁州汽车产业集群发展优势，再根据相关数据，计算滁州市的汽车产业
LQ 系数值，进行定量识别，明确其显现出的产业集群形态。第四章总结滁州汽车产
业集群化发展中存在的问题，最后给出相应的对策建议。结论部分对全文进行总结，
指出进一步发展研究的方向

ABSTRACT
As an efficient industrial organization, industrial cluster has become an important
mode to promote economic development in various regions. It is beneficial to improve the
specialization and reduce the production cost, which can effectively combine industrial
upgrading and regional economy. Throughout the development of international automobile
industry, most of the development of industrial clusters has been developed. With the
increasing competition of the market, the globalization of automobile industry is
accelerating, and industrial cluster is the only way for the development of automobile
industry.
China&39;s automobile industry started late and developed rapidly. So far, many parts of
each other together already built into the big industrial clusters, main area of the Yangtze
river delta, the pearl river delta region, the northeast area, bohai sea region, central region,
southwest region. Anhui province, as the only region with two independent brands in
central China, is led by anhui jianghuai and wuhu chery, and the automobile industry
cluster has been formed. Chuzhou industry, though started late, releasing the chuzhou
industry long-term development strategy planning (2013-2020) and other kinds of policy
document, relying on the good tradition of car manufacturing base, the auto industry
development as one of ten projects of chuzhou, develop the national economy and
industry development goals, around make chuzhou motor city, main leading introduction,
size of agglomeration and technology innovation, is committed to become the construction
of chuzhou in anhui province and important automobile and parts manufacturing base in
Yangtze river delta, especially the development of new energy vehicles.
This paper USES industrial cluster theory, diamond model and location coefficient
method to study the current situation and existing problems of industrial cluster in chuzhou.
Firstly, the background and significance of this research are expounded, and the research
ideas are put forward. Then summarize the research and development of industrial clusters
and automobile industry clusters at home and abroad. The third chapter, first using the
diamond model analysis of chuzhou automobile industry cluster development advantages,
according to relevant data, calculation of chuzhou LQ coefficient value of the auto industry,
quantitatively identify, clear the show form of industrial clusters. The fourth chapter
summarizes the problems existing in the development of chuzhou automobile industry
cluster, and finally gives corresponding Suggestions. Conclusion the paper summarizes theABSTRACT
