摘要 隨着航空业及信息化水平的快速发展,机场IT运维业务越发繁重的同 时需要向各客户单位提供更加安全、优质、高效的运维服务。为了抓住机 遇、勇于开拓创新,在民航信息化建设这一领域明确定位、参与市场竞争, 走出了一条‘广泛合作、实现价值’的具有自身特色的发展之路,BY机场 计算机中心依托民航的业内资源,依靠多年行业IT运维和开发的经验,在 对国内民航业务和信息化发展趋势深入分析基础上,不断开发适合行业信.. 息化建设需求的产品、协助客户实施业务流程与运营模式的优化、提高客 户的运营保障能力。如何快速实现发展蓝图,并使之符合现代管理要求, 能够与IT运维管理国际化的发展趋势保持一致,并且能够结合国内最佳 实践来进行规划和指导IT运维管理工作。这一长远的解决方案就是建立 机场ITSM系统。然而ITSM系统在开发过程中存在管理风险、后期维护及 系统可扩展性等各种不确定性因素,这些风险跟问题一旦发生,将导致企 业严重的浪费及经济损失。因此对ITSM系统项目进行可行性分析是非常必 要的。 本文以BY机场作为研究对象,运用文献研究法、调查研究法、定量分 析法、系统分析法,以可行性研究的知识和理论为依据,结合国内成功的 ITSM系统项目成果,从BY机场实际状况出发,结合过去IT服务管理的经 验总结,有目地、有计划、系统地收集BY机场在IT服务管理过程中存在 的问题,得出引入ITSM系统项目的必要性,提出了适合BY机场的ITSM系 统项目,并通过经济可行性、技术可行性、不确定性风险对项目可行性进 行深入具体的分析,最后得出BY机场开发ITSM系统项目是必要可行的结 论。 本文共分为七个部分,第一部分是绪论,介绍了的背景、研究目 的及意义、研究内容及方法。第二部分是概念介绍,分别介绍了可行性研 究、ITIL及ITSM的相关理论。第三部分是BY机场IT运维业务的现状分 析,引入ITSM系统项目的必要性。第四部分是BY机场ITSM系统项目经济 I广东工业大学颇士学位 可行性分析、第五部分是项目技术可行性分析、第六部分是项目风险分析, 第七部分是BY机场ITSM系统项目可行性研究结论。 关键词:机场ITILITSM可行性研究 IIABSTRACT ABSTRACT Astherapiddevelopmentofaircraftindustryandinformationlevel,theIT operationandmaintenanceofairportsisbecomingmoreandmoreheavywhile alsotrytoprovidesecurer,betterandmoreefficientservicetocustomers.In ordertoseizetheopportunity,thecouragetoopenupinnovation.Inthefieldof civilaviationinformationtechnologyclearpositioning,participateinmarket competition.Outofa’broadcooperation,realizethevalue’ofitsownwayof development.TheresourceBYcomputercenterrelyingonCivilAviation Airport.Relyingonyearsofindustryexperienceinthedevelopmentand maintenanceofIT,Inthedevelopmentofthedomesticcivilaviationbusiness andinformationtechnologybasedonthedeepanalysisoftrends.Continxieto developindustryinformatizationconstructiondemandforproducts.Assist customerstoimplementbusinessprocessoptimizationandoperationmode.
