毛皮服装因其轻软厚薄的丰富质感越来越受到消费者的亲睐。然 而,毛皮材质总体价格昂贵,且毛皮服装做工复杂,成本中很大一部 分来源于人工成本,如何减少服装成本是毛皮服装企业亟待解决的问 题。三维虚拟试衣技术作为服装数字化技术发展的产物,历经近 30 年的实践与改进,已从早期的简单模型发展到目前仿真度较高的水平, 若毛皮服装可以进行三维虚拟则有助于减少人工成本。 目前虽然三维虚拟软件数量在不断增多,但该类软件在服装制作 方面的使用率并不高,尤其在毛皮服装领域,该技术与服装企业的合 作仍属空白。 本文旨在研究三维虚拟技术在模拟常见毛皮种类服装方面应用 的可行性。围绕该主题,开展了以下三个方面的研究内容。 (1)DC Suite 软件中物理参数对服装造型影响研究 该部分主要基于面料物理机械性能对服装造型影响的理论知识, 通过预实验,将使用软件中的物理参数与理论上的物理机械性能参数 做了对应,从而明确了软件中物理参数对造型的影响。 (2)毛皮服装模拟方案研究 基于 DC Suite 三维虚拟软件的使用,根据合作的毛皮企业的服 装生产特点,从虚拟软件目前的发展情况、毛皮服装的材质和款式特东华大学硕士学位报告 基于DC Suite的毛皮服装三维虚拟可行性研究 II 点三个方面,选择了要进行模拟的服装。模拟实验从模特准备、2D 和 3D 的样片安排,服装物理参数探索,服装模拟效果优化三个方面 进行。其中,在服装物理参数探索阶段,首先确定与模拟服装相近的 基础面料,再利用控制变量法探索弯曲、剪切和拉伸刚度对服装造型 的优化参数,最后基于探索得到的物理参数方案,任意选择服装直接 将参数输入并优化其模拟效果。 (3)模拟效果的主观评价研究 服装模拟完成后,需要评价人员通过对比实物对模拟效果进行主 观评价。根据模拟效果的可视化,主要从廓形和面料两个评价项目对 模拟效果进行主观评价,其中,基于模拟的毛皮服装的特点,将廓形 细分为悬垂感和硬挺感,将面料项目细分为质地、表面光泽和色彩; 确定评价项目后,制作 0-5 级等级评价标尺,评价范围从“完全不相 似-较相似-十分相似”变化;接着由评价人员根据评价等级标尺对每 个评价项目的模拟效果进行等级评分。分析结果显示各项目评价在 “3-5”等级的比例远超过 80%。 关键词:毛皮服装,三维虚拟,物理参数,模拟方案,主观评价东华大学硕士学位报告 基于DC Suite的毛皮服装三维虚拟可行性研究 III FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL VIRTUAL ON FUR GARMENTS BASED ON DC SUITE ABSTRACT The fur garment, because of its light, soft and thickness of the rich texture, is getting more and more consumers’ gaze. However, because of its special, variety source and complicated work, the fur garment has an overall expensive price, specially, a large part of the cost comes from labor costs, therefore, how to reduce the production cost is fur apparel businesses’ problems to be solved. Three-dimensional virtual technology as a product of technological development, after nearly 30 years of practice and improvement, has been advanced from the early development of a simple model to the current high degree of simulation level, so, if the fur garment can be simulated with three-dimensional virtual software, which will help reduce labor costs. Currently, Three-dimensional virtual software is on the rise, but the kind of software’s usage in clothing production area is not high, especially in the field of fur garment, the cooperation between software and garment enterprises is still blank. This paper aims at feasibility study of the three-dimensional virtual on common types of fur garments. Focusing on the theme, this paper carried out research in the following three aspects. (1) Study on the costumes affected by the software’s physical parameters This part is based on theoretical knowledge of physical and mechanical properties of fabrics for costumes, by pre-test, let the software’s physical parameters and the theoretical parameters of physical and mechanical properties do correspond, so as to clarify the influence of the physical parameters of the software on modeling. (2) Study on the fur garment’s simulation scheme Based on the use of DC Suite, according to the fur garment production features of cooperative enterprise, the current development of virtualization software and fur garment material and style characteristics, garments for simulation have been selected. The simulation is carried out from virtual model to prepare, 2D and 3D samples’ arrangements, physical parameters of garments to explore, and garments’ optimization simulation. During the exploration of东华大学硕士学位报告 基于DC Suite的毛皮服装三维虚拟可行性研究 IV garments’ physical parameters, firstly, the basis for similar analog clothing fabrics should be determined, then, bending, shear and stretch stiffness of costumes optimization parameters should be explored by controlling the variable method, finally, based on physical parameters obtained, directly input parameters with any selected fur garment and optimize its simulation. (3) Subjective evaluation of simulation results The fur garments after simulation need to be subjectively evaluated by staff according to comparing virtual garments with the real garments. According to visualization of simulation results, this paper has a subjective evaluation on virtual garments mainly from the silhouette and fabric. Firstly, based on the characteristics of the simulated fur garments, the profile shape is subdivided into drape and stiffness, and the fabric is subdivided into the texture, surface gloss and color, and then evaluation grade 0-6 level scale should be made, ranging from the evaluation dissimilar - were similar - similar, finally , based on the evaluation rating scale for each of the evaluation items, the evaluators score virtual garments. The results show the proportion of each project evaluation between the 3-5 grade is far more than 80%.
