随着互联网的发展,餐饮软件服务行业受到了前所未有的冲击,其服务的餐
饮行业在各种各样的 O2O 平台(如:团购、外卖)的冲击下,逐渐演变为互联网
+餐饮的经营模式。而餐饮软件服务商们向餐饮企业提供的产品却并不能与现在
的主流 O2O 平台相融合,产品老化、经营困难致使大量原有的餐饮软件企业陷入
发展的困境,部分服务商被收购甚至倒闭。但新兴的餐饮 SaaS 服务商却发展迅速,
通过产品技术和收费方式的优化,这部分新兴企业发展迅速,不但在市场上以每
年 50%的速度迅速发展,在资本市场上也被看好。同一个行业出现这种两级分化
的情况并不罕见,在同一个行业不同的企业采用商业模式的不同往往决定了这个
企业,在未来的几年甚至是十几年中的命运会是如何。餐饮软件+互联网这种
SaaS 模式的出现代表了不仅餐饮行业本身在互联网+模式中产业升级,其延伸行
业也在逐渐为了适应这个趋势而不断做出改变。作为这种新兴模式的创新者和实
践者,K 公司的增速及企业规模已经超越了国内绝大多数的餐饮软件服务商

本文将通过对 K 公司发展历程及其实践的具体步骤来分析,在这么一个变化
快速的市场中,K 公司是怎样进行商业模式创新并最终实践落地的。通过总结其
商业模式画布,到梳理其创新的各个核心关键点,揭示餐饮 SaaS 模式不仅是在技

With the development of the Internet, catering software services industry has been
an unprecedented impact, its service catering industry in a variety of O2O platform
(such as: buy, take away) under the impact of the gradual evolution of the Internet +
catering business model.The product of catering software service providers to the
catering enterprises can not be integrated with the O2O platform, product aging,
business difficulties caused by a large number of existing catering software enterprises
into the dilemma of development, some company were acquired or even closed down.
But the emerging restaurant SaaS service providers have developed rapidly, through the
optimization of product technology and charging methods, this development of new
enterprises, not only in the market at rate of 50% of the rapid development of the capital
market is also optimistic. It is not uncommon for this kind of two-tier differentiation in
the same industry to be different. Different business models in the same industry often
determine how the business will be in the next few years or even ten years. SaaS model
represents not only the catering itself in the Internet + mode of industrial upgrading, the
