摘要
企业文化是企业的灵魂。长期以来,由于产业属性和管理体制使然,文化
企业的企业文化建设滞后于产业发展。随着全国文化体制改革的纵深推进,文
化企业新型市场主体的确立,跨媒体、跨行业、跨所有制、跨区域、跨国界扩
张的极大提速,大型文化企业集团的纷纷出现并不断壮大,文化企业集团对企
业文化建设日益重视,成为新的课题和新的战略。湖南出版集团是位居国内出
版第一方阵的强势出版集团,成功实现传媒主业IPO,打造的上市公司成为中国
出版传媒的龙头股,创造的改革发展经验在全国具有代表性。本文以湖南出版
集团企业文化整合研究为个案,运用企业文化理论的基本框架,考虑文化集团
企业文化建设的特殊因子,从文化生成层面追溯湖南出版集团改革发展历程,
寻求集团在产业拓展和战略转型新形势新趋势下进一步加强企业文化整合的必
然性、必要性和可行性,从而成为推动湖南出版集团取得跨越式发展的强大动
力。本文通过收集和整理公司内部资料,采取高层访谈、与员工座谈等方式收
集所需要的资料和信息,通过对影响企业文化整合的要素分析,理论联系实际,
提出了湖南出版集团企业文化整合与创新的路径与方法,形成切实可行的集团
企业文化建设解决方案

ABSTRACT
Corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise. For a long time, due to the
industrial properties and management system, the construction of corporate culture
about cultural enterprise lags behind the industry's development. With the deepened
reform of the national culture, the establishment of new market dominant position of
cultural enterprise, and the appearance of cross-media, cross-sectoral,
cross-ownership, cross-regional, and cross-border cultural expansion, large-scale
cultural enterprise groups have emerged and continued to grow. Meanwhile, they pay
more and more attention to the construction of corporate culture, which has already
become a new topic and the new strategy. Hunan Publishing Group, as one of the
strongest domestic publishing groups, has achieved its media business IPO
successfully and has been a bellwether for the publishing media industry. Its reform
and development experience has great representation in China.
In this paper,we take Hunan Publishing Group as a case study of corporate
culture integration. Using the basic framework of the corporate culture theory,
considering specific factors of corporate culture construction of cultural enterprise,
and tracing its reform and development process on culture's formation, we try to seek
its necessity, inevitability and feasibility to farther strengthen corporate culture
integration under the new situation and new trend in this industry development and
strategic transformation, which provides great impetus to Hunan Publishing Group to
seek its development by leaps and bounds. By collecting and filing essential internal
data and other information from high-level interviews and discussions with
employees, and analyzing the factors that influence the enterprise culture integration,
this paper presents a new approach, which can support Hunan Publishing Group to
achieve its cultural integration and renovation, and provides concrete practical
solutions for its construction of corporate culture.
