摘要

FN公司经过50余年的发展,特别是近年来随着中国铁路建设和轨道交通的发展,

取得了辉煌的业绩。多年来,公司致力于打造中国铁路及轨道交通安全控制系统领域

的现代企业,提高企业核心竞争力,实现“世界一流企业”的愿景。但FN公司现存

在着基础设施、技术装备以及产品加工工艺等诸多问题,离其发展目标还存在一定的

差距。FN公司轨道交通安全控制系统技术装备能力提升技术改造项目,既是外部社

会和市场环境的客观要求,同时也是西安铁路信号有限责任公司自身发展的主观需要。

本文在阐述项目管理相关理论概念的基础上,结合国内外研究现状和内容,简要

介绍了 FN公司轨道交通安全控制系统改造项目,并分析了该改造项目上项目管理存

在的一系列问题和原因。在此基础之上,结合项目管理的原则,提出了优化项目进度、

成本、风险管理的措施,并对FN公司组织机构、职责优化、责任制度等配套措施提

出了自己的优化建议。

本文采用了案例研究法、归纳研究法对FN公司轨道交通安全控制系统改造项目

的项目管理进行分析研究,为FN公司在提升项目管理方面提出了切实可行的建议、

措施,同时为国内其他公司在项目管理上提供了一定的借鉴意义。

FN company after 50 years of development, especially in recent years,

with the development of Chinese railway construction and rail transportation,

has made brilliant achievements. Over the years, the company is committed to

build the field of modern enterprise Chinese railway and railway traffic safety

control system, to improve the firm's core competence, to achieve the

worldfirst-class enterprise vision. But the FN company now and there are

many problems in infrastructure, technology and equipment and product

processing technology from its development goals, there is still a gap. FN rail

traffic safetycontrol system technology and equipment upgrading

technological transformationprojects, is the objective requirement of external

social and market environment,but also the subjective need Xi'an railway

signal Co. Ltd development.

Based on the elaboration of the relevant theories of project

management,combined with the status quo and the content of study at home

and abroad,briefly introduces the rail traffic safety control system

improvement project of FN company, and analyzes the existing project

management of the renovation project on the problems and reasons. On this

basis, combining the principles of project management, put forward the

optimization of project progress, cost, risk management measures, and the FN

measures organization, responsibilities, the responsibility system optimization

and puts forward some suggestions to improvetheir.
