本文首先在对多元化相关文献进行综述的基础上，通过借鉴国内外城市轨道交通商
业资源经营案例及经验，以及结合对宁波轨道交通的资源及经营现状梳理分析，对宁波
轨道交通资源多元化经营提出可行的模式选择。论文最终得到以下研究结论：
1、通过对宁波轨道交通资源及经营现状研究，认为目前宁波轨道交通资源经营中
存在缺乏整体规划和协同配合、商业资源利用效率较低、无法形成规模经济效益等问题
2、基于对宁波轨道交通与技术、销售、生产和流通等市场要素经营分析，并结合
对其核心资源的分析，提出获得规模经济效益的路径是采取混合式多元化经营方式，并
归纳出混合式多元化经营模式的一般特征，进而提出宁波轨道交通资源混合式多元化模
式的实施建议

Research on mode selection about diversified management
of Ningbo rail transit resources
Abstract
Urban rail transit has developed rapidly in recent years, and it is going to play an increasingly
important role in urban constr uction. But at the sam e time, the problem of expensive cost, huge
cost of construction and operation has a bottleneck restricti ng the development of rail transit
industry.It is an important problem to be solved in front of Ningbo rail transit to use their business
resources to achieve self hem atopoietic, scale of operation and take the road of sustainable
development. Therefore, the choice of a diversified business model in line with the actual business
has become the purpose of this study.
This paper starts with literature review related to diversif ication, by drawing lessons fro m
domestic and international experience of urban rail transit bu siness cases and experience and
analyzing resources and business situation of Ningbo rail transit, the paper puts forward a feasible
mode choice for the diversified operation of Ningbo ra il transit.Finally, the conclusions are as
follows:
1. Through the research of Ni ngbo rail transit resources and management, this paper argues
that there are some problems in current resource management such as lack of overall planning and
coordination , low utilization efficiency of commercial resources and failures in economies of
scale.
2. Based on the analysis of the correlation be tween Ningbo rail transit resources management
and the market factors of technology, sales, production and circulation, combined with the analysis
of its core resources, this paper puts forward a way to get scale economic benefit by adopting the
way of hybrid diversification. At the same time, this paper summarizes the general characteristics
of mode of hybrid diversifica tion and proposes the im plementation suggestion of the m ode of
Ningbo rail transit hybrid diversification.
