企业是国民经济最重要的细胞,企业文化是企业发展不可或缺的精神力量和
道德规范。从20世纪80年代企业文化进入中国幵始,从引进、照搬国外优秀企
业的成功做法,经过三十多年的探索,到如今,如何找到一条企业文化与生产经
营紧密结合的实践路径是摆在所有企业文化工作者面前的一个重要课题,也是决
定企业文化能否真正发挥其应有作用的试金石。国内许多企业都进行了有益探索。
成立于1988年的伊泰集团,在二十多年的发展历程中,充分吸收内蒙古这片
沃土的养分,积累了相当程度的积极文化氛围,也总结出一套有企业特色的企业
文化建设之路。本文在全面分析内蒙古伊泰集团企业文化建设现状和存在问题的
基础上,提出了伊泰集团企业文化建设实践路径提升的意义、原则、要点及条件
和措施。实践路径的建设应在充分结合公司发展战略的前提下,从条件和措施出
发,沿着理念传播、制度融入和诊断评估的道路,系统规划、分步实施、持续改
进,使企业文化成为撬动公司发展的重要支点。

Abstract
Enterprise is the cell of the national economy the most important, the enterprise
culture is the spiritual power and the moral standard enterprise development. Enterprise
culture from the nineteen eighties began to enter China, from the introduction, copy the
successful practices of foreign outstanding enterprises, after thirty years of exploration,
practice until now, how to find a corporate culture and business combination is an
important subject in front of all the enterprise culture, also decided the touchstone of
enterprise culture can really play its due role. Many domestic enterprises have carried
out the beneficial exploration.
Founded in 1988,Yitai group, in the twenty years of development,fully absorb the
Inner Mongolia this fertile soil nutrient, accumulated a considerable degree of positive
culture atmosphere, also summed up a set of enterprise culture construction of
enterprise characteristic road. In this paper, based on a comprehensive analysis of the
enterprise culture construction present situation and existing problems of Inner
Mongolia Yi Tai group,the Yi Tai group enterprise culture construction path to improve
the significance, principles, key points and conditions and measures. Construction
practice path should be fully combined with the company's development strategy,
starting from the conditions and measures, the dissemination of ideas, into the system
and diagnostic evaluation of the road, system planning, implement step by step,
continuous improvement, make the corporate culture has become an important branch
of leveraging the company development point.
