摘要
向管理要效益,已成为很多企业家的共识,企业管理的重中之中就是绩效管理。企业选择何
种绩效管理工具,如何设计绩效管理相关的流程及KPI,以及如何设计绩效面谈和反馈等,对于企
业绩效管理的成败至关重要。
本文就是选择研究企业管理中最重要、最常见、应用最普遍、问题最严重的绩效管理入手进
行研究剖析,希望通过对宁夏通达煤业集团所属子公司宁夏中钢洗煤公司绩效管理的过去、现在
和未来的研究和设计,找出解决不同企业绩效管理的有效措施。
本文首先从国内、国外绩效管理研究的现状入手,了解和分析国内外绩效管理的现状及最新
的研究方法,取得的最新研究成果。然后以宁夏中岗洗煤厂为例,结合公司的现行绩效管理体系,
分析研究,寻求对宁夏中岗洗煤厂绩效管理研究的理论支撑。
接着对该公司的基本情况、组织架构、人力资源分布情况从多个维度进行了统计分析,提出
了宁夏中岗洗煤厂现行绩效管理体系中存在的五大问题-最后对所提出的五大问题逐个剖析,逻
辑严谨,思路清晰。
在研究过程中,深入中岗洗煤厂人力资源管理工作第一线,细致的进行了大量的市场调研及
数据分析工作,对中岗洗煤厂的绩效管理现状进行了详细剖析,并根据自己多年来的企业管理实
践经验和扎实的理论知识,提出了自己独到的见解。尤其是在研究的基础上,设计了公司部门级
的绩效考核指标。这是本文一个最重要的闪光点之一。

Abstract
It has become the consensus of many entrepreneurs that anagement should be effective. The weight
of the enterprise management is performance management. How to choose the performance
management tools,how to design performance management processes and KPI,how to design
performance interviews and feedback,are essential for the success or failure of the enterprise
performance management.
This article chooses to study is the most important, the most common, and the most serious
problem in business management which is the performance management to study, in order to start a
research analysis, for the hope that by studying the past, the present and the future of the performance
management of Ningxia Zhonggang Coal Washing Plant, a subsidiary of Ningxia Tongda Coal Industry
Group, in order to find effective measures for different enterprise performance management.
The article begins with a study of the status quo of domestic and foreign performance management
research, so that the status quo and the latest research method of domestic and international performance
management can be understood and analysized, in order that latest research results can be obtained. And
then take Ningxia Zhonggang Coal Washing Plant as an example, combined with an analysis of the
company's existing performance management system, to seek the theoretical support for the
performance management research of Ningxia Zhonggang Coal Washing Plant.
Then the article carried out an statistical analysis of the company's organizational structure and
human resources distribution from multiple dimensions; put forward five key problems existing in the
performance management system of Ningxia Zhonggang Coal Washing Plant. Finally,it can be said
that the analysis of the five problems is logical and clear thinking.
In the course of the study, the author practiced the management work in person, carefully carried
out a lot of market research and data analysis, followed by a detailed analysis of the status quo of the
performance management of Zhonggang Coal Washing Plant Based on years'experience of business
management and a solid theoretical knowledge, the author gives his own insights, which produces the
corporate sector-level indicators of performance appraisal, which is one of the brightest spot of the
article.
