作为一种先进的管理理念和管理技术,精细化管理通过系统化、细化、运用程序
化、标准化等手段,使企业的组织管理更加精确、高效。如何根据市场的风向变化去
制定相对应的经营对策、扩大利润率、减少企业的成本支出等都可以通过精细、到位
的管理来优化。精细化管理进行的顺利与否也成为当代企业生存发展的必备条件之一,
只有通过不断地深化精细化管理,并提高自身的市场应变能力,精细规划企业资金运
用,企业才能在竞争中生存并持续发展。因此,推进企业精细化管理十分必要。
文章在科学管理、质量管理和精细化管理理论的指导下,采用案例分析、比较分
析等研究方法,探索在微利状态下企业生存与发展的管理方法和应对策略。文章开篇
对相关理论进行梳理,进而深入研究中国企业精细化现状,结合深圳ZJ公司的管理实
际,对企业在生产精细化、流程精细化、财务精细化、人事精细化诸方面问题加以剖
析,并分别提出相应的解决办法。该研究对深圳ZJ公司的管理优化提供决策参考,对
中国企业的精细化管理实施将有所启迪。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, especially after 2010, development of metal industry has stagflation,
sales income is greatly reduced, and the cost of enterprise management, marketing costs rose
sharply. All sorts of potential problems of enterprise constantly, at present this kind of
extensive, inefficient, simple management, not only can support the enterprise continues to
develop rapidly, but even the basic balance of payments is also hard to guarantee. Enterprise
development has entered a low-profit era,need a kind of advanced and corresponding
management mode, to support the sustainable development of enterprises.
As an advanced management idea and management technology, fine management
through the systematic, refinement, by means of procedures, standardization, make the
management of enterprise is more accurate, efficient. According to the wind direction
changes in the market to develop business strategies, corresponding to the expanding profit
margins, reduce the cost of enterprises can be optimized by fine, in place of management.
Fine management is successful or not is one of the necessary conditions for the survival and
