摘要
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们对于法律服务的需求越来越来强烈;同
时,律师行业的竞争越来越激烈。对于律师事务所而言,为了获取理想的市场竞
争优势和地位,必然需要在法律服务的质量上体现出不同寻常之处。而律师事务
所的业务管理是其市场竞争的核心因素,如何实施业务管理成为律师事务所必须
面对的棘手课题

本文以 E 律师事务所为例,研究业务精细化管理问题。首先,运用文献调
研的方法,分析现有的相关研究成果作为本研究的基础。其次,运用逻辑与归纳
的方法,分析 E 律师事务所的业务管理问题,主要体现在管理理念问题、管理
模式问题、管理流程问题和管理绩效问题。而外部竞争和内部管理的需求则促使
E 律师事务所实施业务的精细化管理。然后,以成熟度模型为蓝本,开发评价指
标体系,进行 E 律师事务所业务精细化管理成熟度的评价,认为其成熟度等级
为标准级。最后,依据精细化管理的四个原则(数据量化、可操作性、合理适度、
盲点规避),提出 E 律师事务所业务精细化管理的路径——治理结构优化、人员
配备优化、办案精细化和反馈服务精细化,以及实施精细化管理的策略保障——
精细化管理文化的培育、精细化管理制度的完善、辅助手段的应用

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy and the progress of the society, people demand for
legal service is more and more intense. At the same time, the lawyer industry
competition is more and more intense. For law firms, in order to obtain the advantage
of market competition and the status of the ideal, it need its legal services is better
than others. And the management of the law firm is the core of the competition in the
market factors. So, how to implement the business management become a difficult
task which law firms have to face.
Based on E law firm as an example, this paper studies the delicacy management of
business. First of all, using the method of literature research, it analysis the existing
related research results and thinks these as the basis of this study. Secondly, using the
method of logic and inductive, it analysis E law firm business management problems,
such as management concept, management mode, management process and
management performance. And the external competition and internal management
demand is led E law firm to implement delicacy management of the business. And
then, based the model, it developments evaluation index system to evaluate the
maturity of delicacy management of E law firm’s business. It thinks that the maturity
level of the E law firm is simple. Finally, based on the four principles(data
quantitative, maneuverability and reasonable moderate, blind spots around), it puts
forward the path to the delicacy management of business which includes governance
structure optimization, staffing optimization, the fine refinement strategy of handling
cases and the feedback service. It also puts implementing strategies to ensure the
elaborating management culture of cultivation, the establishment of the delicacy
management system, the application of auxiliary means.
