1、前台接听外来电话专用语

2、预订Advance Reservation、Check in

R: Good morning/afternoon/evening!  Sir/madam Can I help you?
G: I’d like to check in. I’m from ×× company.
R: Your name, sir.
G: Smith, John Smith.
R: Just a moment, yes, we have a reservation for you. Would you please sign your name here while I prepare your key card for you?
R: Your room number is 8101, This is your key card, This way please.

附:Asking what the client wants(询问客人要求)
