面肌 Facial Muscles
特点： 又称表情肌（Muscles of Expression），属于皮肌， 位置浅表，起于骨骼，止于皮肤，甚至完全不附着 于骨骼 表面无深筋膜覆盖（颊肌除外），肌纤维附着于皮肤，收缩时直接引起皮肤运动 收缩时使面部皮肤拉紧，改变形状和外观，产生喜、怒、哀、乐等表情；松弛时皮肤的弹性使其回复原 来状态，拮抗作用弱 主要集中于眼、耳、鼻、口周围，环形肌具有括约 作用，辐射状肌具有开大作用；语言使口周围肌高 度分化；耳周围肌则退化

颅 顶 肌 Epicranius
枕肌 Occipitalis 位于枕部皮下，起于上项线等，向 上移行于帽状腱膜 额肌 Frontalis 位于额部皮下，自帽状腱膜至眉部 皮肤，与眼轮匝肌相交错，并与之 拮抗；提眉并使俄部皮肤出现皱纹 帽状腱膜 Galea Aponeurotica
外 耳 肌 The Extrinsic Muscles of the Ear
耳上肌 Auricularis Superior 最大，三角形；起于帽状腱膜，止于耳廓软骨；作用为上提耳廓 耳前肌 Auricularis Anterior 常缺如，起于帽状腱膜，止于耳廓软骨前部；作用为拉耳廓向前 耳后肌 Auricularis Inferior 位于耳后，起于乳突外面，止于耳廓软骨后部；作用为拉耳廓向后
