Abstract
help of analytical tools such as PEST, SWOT, and Porter#s five forces model, this paper deeply
analyzes the internal and external environment of HL Real Estate Xi#an marketing, as well as
the current problems and reasons. And on the basis of environmental analysis, problem and
reason research, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for HL Real Estate Xi#an
marketing strategy transformation and supporting implementation guarantee.
After research, this paper believes that HL Real Estate Xi#an market faces both rare
development opportunities and certain development challenges. In this context, we must seize
the development opportunities and face the challenges to solve the current problems. Combined
with the analysis of the theoretical model, it is found that there are different degrees of
problems in the marketing of HL Real Estate Xi#an in market positioning, products, prices, sales,
distribution and other links. According to the guidance of marketing theory, on the basis of the
