中文摘要 中文摘要 二十世纪中叶天然气首次实现低温液化和运输,从此揭开了人类天然气利用 史的新篇章。近些年,天然气的应用技术飞速发展推动天然气进出口贸易量持续 增加,但是许多初次踏入液化天然气行业的企业还无法在内外部环境的深刻变革 下达到适应未来发展的要求。J公司地处京津冀地区,从事城镇燃气经营业务多年, 目前处于地区领先地位,但随着传统业务饱和,企业发展放缓。为谋求新发展, 从 2015年开始,J公司初步尝试进入液化天然气行业,在2020年确定将液化天然 气业务列为公司业务战略重点。目前,公司由于涉足本业务时间较短,业务发展 中存在很多问题,主要表现为成本居高不下、专业人才匮乏、市场拓展艰难。本 文根据相关理论和主要分析模型分析企业所处的内外部环境,针对业务目前存在 的问题提出了面向未来业务发展的战略重点、战略措施以及保障措施。希望本文 的系统性研究能够有助于 J公司液化天然气业务在未来实现健康、快速发展。 关键词:业务战略;液化天然气;PEST分析;波特五力模型 -I- 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In themiddleof thetwentieth century,natural gaswas firstliquefied and transported at low temperature, which opened a new chapter in the history of human natural gas utilization. In recent years, the rapid development of natural gas application technology has promoted the continuous increase of natural gas import and export trade, but many enterprises that first entered the liquefied natural gas industry have not been able to meet the requirements of future development under the profound changes in the internal and external environment. J Company is located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and has been engaged in urban gas business for many years. It is currently in a leading position in the region. However, with the saturation of traditional business, the development of enterprises has slowed down. In order to seek new development, from 2015, Jcompanyinitially triedto enterthe liquefiednatural gasindustry, and determined to list theliquefied natural gas business as the strategicfocus of the company s business in 2020. At present, due to the short time of the company s involvement in this business, there are many problems in business development, mainly manifested in high costs, lack of professional talents, and difficult market expansion.
