将现代信息技术与实验室管理需求相融合的管理工具，主要以集成综合系统的形式作用
于实验室业务的日常管理和数据控制。产业计量是指在产业活动过程中为盫げ妨恐?

溯源的准确可靠而开展的系列技术研究与管理活动。随着数据驱动型企业的建设和发
展，以人工为主导，以纸质单据为载体的传统实验室管理模式由于流程复杂、效率较低、
信息化程度差等问题，已无法满足产业内日益增长的数字化实验管理需求。
本文以高速列车产业为研宄背景，以处在产业链中游核心的S公司实验室为研宄对
象，以产业计量为研究理念，通过对实验室传统管理腏降牡餮蟹治觯业搅舜嬖诘闹?
一
要管理问题，提出了种具有产业特点的实验室信息管理系统建设思路。以数字化信息
技术为载体，通过文献研宄、调查分析等研宄方法，运用全寿命周期、全溯源链、全产
业链的产业计量理念，开展管理需求分析、功能模块设计、功能实现验证等研宄工作，
完成实验室信息管理系统的建设。该系统的建设解决了纸质版信息载体所带来的主要问
题，减少了不必要的人工成本和重复劳动过程，使管理流程和管理方法得到有效变革，
取得了业务流程效率提升、实验室组织绩效提高、实现产业数据互通的成效，在数字化
背景下使得信息技术与管理系统有效融合，在产业内实现应用价值。
本文的创新之处在于使信息系统的建设不仅实现了实验室日常数据管理的基本功
能，还能将计量和产业两种理念加以融合，使系统的建设贴合产业特点，结合产业发展
趋势和数字化工厂环境重组实验室业务流程，改变实验室的管理腏剑诜缦湛刂频幕?
础上使新旧系统并行切换，解决了实验室运行过程中实际存在的管理问题，使该系统达
到业务支持、实验检测、技术服务的综合管理目标。
