本文首先运用文献研究法,通过对近年来国内电商采购的研究成果以及部分国外相
关研究成果的归纳和总结,对企业电商采购的价值、企业电商采购的腏健⑵笠档缟滩?
购存在的问题、企业电商采购优化策略与盪戏绞降燃父龇矫娼辛耸崂砗筒觥Mü?
对现有的研究成果进行分析和总结,指出电商采购研究的优化方向,并提出了未来的研
究方向。
本文进一步运用访谈调研法和问卷调研法,对能源集团电商平台管理所存在的问
题进行了剖析,基于相关理论从战略层面及策略层面进行深入探究,提出能源集团电

本文的研究不仅对于能源集团电商平台采购采购管理的优化具有重要意义,也可
为其它同类型能源企业电商平台的搭建和应用提供宝贵的经验。本文还为未来研究电商

平台在企业集团采购平台采购管理过程中优化提供借鉴和依据。

II Abstract
Optimizing procurement managemenAtbpsltartfaocrtm is an important support in allowing
state-owned companies to better meet the needs and demands of the marketimprove
competitiveness,and enable state-owned enterprises to stand out in the competition.The
procurement optimization strategy can effectively reduce the procurement and production
costs ,and improve the competitiveness of these enterprises.Therefore ,procurement
management and optimization are of great practical significance to typical state-owned
enterprises.This paper employs the literature research method to sort out and elaborate the
value of enterprise e-procurement,enterprise e-procurement mode,enterprise e-procurement
system,enterprise e-procurement implementation problems and countermeasures through the
summarization of the domestic e-procurement research results in recent years and a few
foreign relevant research results.Based on the summarization and analysis of the existing
research results ,this paper points out the deficiencies of e-procurement research and puts
forward the future research direction.
This paper further uses the interview survey method and the questionnaire survey
method to analyze the problems existing in the management of the e-commerce platform of S
Energy Group and conducts in-depth exploration from the strategic level and strategy level
based on relevant theories.On the strategic level,there are some problems in procurement
management,such as lengthy procurement process,weak platform supervision,no effective
connection with the upstream and downstream of the supply chain,and low procurement
efficiency.On the strategy level,procurement management has problems like imperfect
system management,lack of material data excavating and lack of group promotion.In
allusion to the problems existing in the e-commerce platform,guided by the group’s
procurement strategic objectives,we have identified the optimization objectives of the
procurement and proposed optimization strategies and implementation of safeguards based on
theory and practice.Through these optimization strategies and the implementation of
safeguard measures,the procurement platform is further perfected,so as to improve the
procurement performance and promote the realization of enterprise strategic objectives.The
study of this paper is not only of great significance for the optimization of procurement
management of SEnergy Group’s e-commerce platform,but also can provide valuable
experience for the construction and application of other similar energy enterprises’
e-commerce platforms.This paper also provides reference and basis for future research on the
optimization of e-commerce platform in procurement management process on the enterprise
group procurement platform.
