摘要
摘要
现代经济发展调动医疗行业大幅度改革,相关政策层出不穷,与此同时,科技
的进步也带来产品优势的同质化。 B企业作为医疗行业的领军人物,市场影响力较
大,目前经营状况受到大环境严重影响,销售额大幅下降。为保证企业具有持续的
市场影响力,需要加强人才培训,以人力优势赢得市场地位,确保企业可持续发展
战略。
本文针对 B企业员工培训体系进行研究,采用文献资料分析法、问卷调研法、
访谈法等研究方法对 B企业现有员工培训体系进行分析及诊断。以 B企业员工培训
体系现状的问卷调查为基础,从培训制度、培训师资等方面进行多维度分析,同时,
对访谈内容展开深度剖析分析。进而发现,原有培训体系中存在:培训需求分析不
足、课程体系有待完善、师资力量不稳定、培训评估不准确和培训后跟进不及时等
问题。以 B企业员工培训体系现存问题原因开展进一步研究,找出根本原因,并根
据企业业务发展特点和人才培养要求等,针对性进行优化改进。主要优化方向分别
是培训管理体系中的培训需求优化、培训计划制定优化;培训制度体系中的培训考
核制度、培训跟进制度、培训奖惩制度等内容优化;培训课程体系中的培训课件更
新及内容管理优化;培训师管理体系中的讲师管理优化和培训模式优化;培训评估
体系需要重点关注,借助“五层效果评估法”进行制定评估方案,对于培训质量严格
要求,并同时纳入培训质量跟踪机制的设定。最后,为保证方案的有效落实,提出
相应的保障措施,即树立正确的培训理念、加强培训资金保障、加强企业学习信息
化管理等。
目前 B企业员工培训体系相对完整,但是很多内容需要改进及更新,其中培训
评估及跟进是整个体系中最薄弱的一部分,缺少实践经验和创新,是本文重点研究
的优化方向。希望本优化研究可为 B企业员工培训体系提供有意义的借鉴和参考。

Abstract
The development of modern economy has stimulated the drastic reform of the
medical industry, and relevant policies have emerged in endlessly. At the same time, the
progress of science and technology has also brought about the homogenization of product
advantages. As a leading figure in the medical industry, B enterprise has great market
influence, and its current operating conditions are seriously affected by the general
environment, with a significant decline in sales. To ensure that enterprises have sustained
influence of market and the sustainable development strategy of enterprises, it is necessary
to strengthen personnel training for winning position of market with talent advantage.
This paper studies the employee training system of B enterprise and analyzes and
diagnoses theexisting employee trainingsystem by meansof literature analysis,
questionnaire survey, interview, etc. Based on the questionnaire survey on the current
situation of employee training system, this paper conducts a multi-dimensional analysis
from the aspects of training system and training teachers, and at the same time, conducts
an in-depth analysis of the interview content. Furthermore, it is found that there are some
problems in the original training system, such as insufficient analysis of training needs,
incomplete curriculum system, unstable teachers, inaccurate training evaluation and
delayed follow-up after training. Carry out further research on the causes of the existing
problems in the staff training system of B enterprise, find out the root causes, and optimize
and improve accordingly according to the characteristics of business development and
personnel training requirements of the enterprise. The main optimization directions are
training demand optimization and training plan formulation optimization in training
management system; Optimization of training assessment system, training follow-up
system, training reward and punishment system in the training system; Updating training
courseware and optimizing content management in training course system; Optimization
of instructor management and training mode in trainer management system; The training
evaluation system needs to be focused on, with the help of "five-layer effect evaluation
method" to develop the evaluation program, strict requirements for training quality, and at
the same time into the training quality tracking mechanism. Finally, in order to ensure the
effective implementation of the program, the corresponding safeguard measures are put
forward, that is, to establish the correct training concept, strengthen the training fund
guarantee, strengthen the enterprise learning information management, etc.
