芬兰 SE集团广西造纸公司发展战略研究
摘要
造纸行业近年来由粗放型生产逐渐转型成为规模化生产,受环保整顿、
能耗指标限制、原料价格波动等诸多因素影响,低效能的造纸企业及低端产
品已经逐渐被市场淘汰,行业中的资源被各大头部造纸企业瓜分,行业利润
有所下降,资源争夺激烈。与此同时,“新冠疫情”蔓延及“禁塑令”颁布
又给造纸行业带来了新的机遇,造纸企业纷纷向高端包装纸板生产转型,掀
起了新一轮的高端纸板市场份额的抢夺战。芬兰SE集团广西造纸公司作为
北欧在华投资的包装材料生产企业,在竞争激烈及处处掣肘的行业环境中
如何培育其在国内的核心竞争优势,实现生存和可持续发展将成为公司的
重要课题。

波特五力模型、EFE、IFE、SWOT、QSPM矩阵分析法进行分析得出结论芬兰

先战略,通过加强林浆纸一体化管理、开拓原料能源资源、改变产品组合、
扩大产线规模及开发新产品一系列组合方案来实现降低成本,提升营运能

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the paper industry has gradually transformed from extensive
productiontolarge-scaleproduction. Affectedbymanyfactorssuchas
environmental protection rectification, energy consumption restrictions and raw
material price fluctuations, inefficient paper enterprises and low-end products
have been gradually eliminated by the market. The resources in the industry have
been divided up by major paper enterprises, the profit of the industry has been
decreasing, and the competition for resources is fierce. At the same time, the
spread of "COVID-19" and the "ban on plastic products" have brought new
opportunities to the paper industry. Paper enterprises have been transforming to
high-end packaging and paperboard production, triggering a new battle for high-
end cardboard market share. As a packaging material productionenterprise
invested by Northern Europe in China, how Guangxi paperboard company of
Finland SE Group cultivate its core competitive advantage in China and realize
survival and sustainable development in the fierce competition will become an
important topic for enterprises.
