用户体验视角下 DY鞋业公司微创新实施策略研究
摘要
我国“十四五”发展规划和 2035远景规划都明确提出,要保持企业创新在我国
现代化建设全局中的地位,要继续落实国家创新驱动发展战略、人才强国战略,以巩
固民营企业技术创新的主体地位,以扶持创新型中小企业发展为技术创新的重要主
体。中小微企业因受到资源和资本的限制,较难实现颠覆性创新,而微创新以其快速
的市场反应、不断的迭代和试错成本低等优势成为中小微企业的重要创新方式。传统
制鞋业作为实体经济中最为重要的行业类型,是人们离不开的经典产业,更是需要不
断创新的时尚产业。随着经济的发展和生活水平的提升,人们对商品与服务有更多的
需求,呈现个性化、多样化、高端化的新型消费行为特征。科技的进步给制鞋企业带
来的技术支持,5G、大数据等信息技术与制鞋产业的深度融合,制鞋行业的设计、
生产、营销等环节也向数字化、智能化转变,这些变化都推动制鞋企业要主动创新求
变,实现持续发展。
本文在回顾企业微创新理论、用户体验理论等文献的基础上,采用文献研究法、
访谈、问卷调研和案例分析相结合的方法,首先分析 DY鞋业公司在各个发展阶段微
创新的实践,对 DY鞋业公司发展环境进行 PEST分析,分析 DY鞋业公司存在的问
题。其次,基于用户体验的视角,对微创新的实施原则、实施要素进行分析,总结出
微创新实施流程,在此基础上提出具体的实施策略。最后,对全文进行总结和展望。
本研究主要结论如下:(1)传统制鞋业可以通过微创新来实现企业的产品更新
迭代以求提升用户体验,促进企业健康可持续的发展。(2)基于用户体验视角在实
施微创新的过程中应该把握四个基本原则,用户至上、广泛渗透、快速迭代和试错学
习。(3)鞋业微创新可从研发、材料、技术、工艺这四个要素维度展开,利用单一
策略和多策略结合的方式实现鞋业的微创新发展。微创新发展战略的提出既有助于破
解创新难题,也丰富了微创新的理论视野,进一步拓宽了微创新的理论体系。同时,
对其他制鞋企业的微创新发展提供借鉴与参考,具有重要的实践意义。

ABSTRACT
China's "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" development plan and the 2035 long-term plan
clearly put forward that it is necessary to maintain the position of enterprise innovation in
the overall situation of China's modernization drive, continue to implement the national
innovation driven development strategy and the talent power strategy, to consolidate the
dominant position of private enterprises in technological innovation, and to support the
development of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises as an important subject of
technological innovation. Due to the constraints of resources and capital, small, medium
and micro enterprises are difficult to achieve disruptive innovation. Micro innovation has
become an important innovation mode for small, medium and micro enterprises with its
advantages of rapid market response, constant iteration and low trial and error costs. As the
most important type of industry in the real economy, the traditional footwear industry is a
classic industry that people can not do without, but also a fashion industry that needs
continuous innovation. With the development of economy and the improvement of living
standards, people have more demand for goods and services, showing a new type of
consumer behavior characterized by personalization, diversification and high-end. The
technological support brought by the progress of science and technology to the shoemaking
enterprises, the deep integration of 5G, big data and other information technologies with
the shoemaking industry, and the digital and intelligent transformation of the design,
production, marketing and other links of the shoemaking industry have all promoted the
shoemaking enterprises to actively innovate and seek change to achieve sustainable
development.
Based on the review of enterprise micro innovation theory, user experience theory and
other documents, this paper first analyzes DY Shoes' micro innovation practice in various
development stages, analyzes DY Shoes' development environment by PEST, and analyzes
DY Shoes' problems by using the method of literature research, interview, questionnaire
and case analysis. Secondly, based on the perspective of user experience, it analyzes the
implementationprinciplesandelementsofmicroinnovation,summarizesthe
implementation process of micro innovation, and puts forward specific implementation
strategies on this basis. Finally, the full text is summarized and prospected.
