摘要:伴随着国际大环境变化的影响,国内经济增长速度己明显趋缓,企业之
间的竞争日趋激烈,而作为国民经济支柱产业之一的建筑业及企业,同样面临着
前所未有的挑战。目前,国内中小民营建筑企业林立,且普遍存在着粗放式管理、
技术研发能力弱、资源严重浪费和恶意低价竞争等问题,严重制约着行业的持续
稳定发展。企业面对如此严竣的竞争格局,必须开阔眼界,从战略高度入手制定
发展战略便成了建筑企业发展中最为关键的环节。对此,本文着重从中小建筑企
业发展的战略角度入手,进行深入分析和探讨,以求得企业稳中求进、可持续发
展的战略方向及其相应举措,并由此实现高质量发展和竞争突围的格局。
本文以 LK 建筑公司为研究对象,通过 PEST 分析法和波特五力模型对公司的
宏观环境和行业竞争环境进行梳理与分析,再通过对公司内部条件的研究,了解
公司目前的发展状况和经营现状,为公司今后的发展制定了目标,并通过SWOT矩
阵分析法,对公司的优劣势、机会与威胁进行分析,在此基础上提出了公司的发
展战略以及具体的业务层面和职能层面的实施方案,最后在根据战略制定相应的
保障措施,以确保战略能够顺利实施。
通过研究,得出本文的结论:①LK 建筑公司总体的战略应是稳中求进,构筑
战略联盟,利用自身优势避开威胁等,即扭转战略和多元化战略的组合战略。②
当前房屋建筑市场竞争激烈且利润逐步降低,基础性设施的建设为今后公司业务
拓展的重点。③为了发展战略的顺利实施,公司应从组织结构、风险管控、人力
资源、企业文化等方面设计战略保障措施。

ABSTRACT :With the impact of changes in the international environment, the
domestic economic growth rate has slowed down significantly, and the competition
among enterprises has become increasingly fierce. As one of the pillar industries of the
nationaleconomy,theconstructionindustryandenterprisesarealsofacing
unprecedentedchallenges.At present,therearealargenumberofsmall and
medium-sized private constructionenterprises in China, andthere are widespread
problems such as extensive management, weak technology research and development
capacity,serious wasteof resourcesandmalicious low-costcompetition,which
seriously restrict the sustainable and stable development of the industry. Faced with
such aseverecompetition pattern,enterprises mustbroaden theirhorizons, and
formulating development strategies from a strategic perspective has become the most
critical link in the development of construction enterprises. In this regard, this paper
focuses on the development of small and medium-sized construction enterprises from
the strategic perspective,in-depth analysis and discussion,in order toobtain the
enterprise stableprogress, sustainabledevelopment ofthe strategic directionand
corresponding measures, and thus to achieve high-quality development and competition
breakthrough pattern.
Taking LK construction company as the research object, this paper combs and
analyzes the macro environment and industry competitive environment of the company
through PEST analysis method and Porter's five forces model, and then through the
