摘要
我国产业的不断转型升级，装配式混凝土、钢结构和智能建筑的迅速
发展，西部大开发战略的推进工作，昭通“十四五”规划下新型城镇化建设
和乡村基础建设提升等行动，均为昭通及云南省建筑行业的发展创造了有利
契机，同时对技能型人才的需求量和综合素质提出了更高的要求。而昭通职业
学院是昭通市唯一一所拥有建筑专业的综合类高职院校，在党的二十大精神下
高速高质发展。基于这样的背景下，云南 S建筑公司就近选择昭通职业学院
建设产教融合型企业应运而生，实现产业链、教育链和人才链有机衔接的同时，
也是社会经济供给侧改革和产业转型发展的需要。
中小建筑企业在我国占建筑企业总数的90%，而云南 S建筑公司的优
势劣势在中小建筑企业中都具有代表性。所以本文选择云南S建筑公司作
为案例，研究其面对新时代的机遇和自身存在的问题，进行 SWOT战略分析，
选择战略转型，与昭通职业学院共同建设产教融合型企业，并制定一系列的战
略转型实施路径和保障措施。最终同上下游企业及学校形成战略联盟，实现
公司的战略转型，在促进资源互通的基础上，实现“产”与“教”的有机融合，
获取人力资源，促进企业可持续发展，创造经济效益和社会效益，对当地经济
建设和中小建筑企业的发展都具有重要意义。

The continuous transformation and upgrading of China's industries, the rapid
development of prefabricated concrete, steel structure and intelligent buildings, the
promotion of the western development strategy, the new urbanization construction
and rural infrastructure improvement under the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Zhaotong
have all created favorable opportunities for the development of the construction
industry in Zhaotong and Yunnan Province. At the same time, it puts forward higher
requirements for the demand and comprehensive quality of skilled talents. Zhaotong
Vocational College isthe only comprehensivehigher vocational college with
architecture major in Zhaotong City, which develops at a high speed and high quality
under the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress. Based on this background,
Yunnan S Construction Company chose Zhaotong Vocational College to build an
industry-education integration enterprise.
Small and medium-sized construction enterprises account for 90% of the total
number ofconstructionenterprises inour country,and theadvantages and
disadvantages of Yunnan S Construction Company are representative of small and
medium-sized construction enterprises. Therefore, this paper chooses Yunnan S
Construction Company as a case study, studies its opportunities and existing problems
in the new era, conducts SWOT strategic analysis, chooses strategic transformation,
andjointly buildsan industry-educationintegratedenterprise withZhaotong
Vocational College, and develops a series of implementation paths and safeguard
measures for strategic transformation. Finally, it forms a strategic alliance with
upstreamanddownstreamenterprisesandschoolstorealizethe strategic
transformation of the company. On the basis of promoting resource exchange, it
realizes the organic integration of "production" and "education", obtains human
resources, promotes the sustainable development of enterprises, creates economic and
social benefits, and is of great significance to the local economic construction and the
development of small and medium-sized construction enterprises.
