大数据背景下 XG企业绩效管理优化研究

摘要
进入“互联网+”时代,企业若再沿用传统的企业管理方式,便很难满足市
场竞争的实际需求,进而被时代淘汰。大数据技术在提升企业竞争力方面功不可
没。在大数据的时代背景下,充分利用大数据技术,使企业具有科学化的管理运
营模式,保持高水平的绩效管理能力。优化企业的绩效管理是企业发展的必然之
路,结合大数据技术进行改进,对企业未来的生存与发展具有十分重大的实践意
义。
本文结合国内企业管理发展的实际,以绩效管理理论和大数据技术理论为基
础,借助文献查阅法、案例调研分析法、模糊综合评价法、定性和定量分析法,
为 XG企业构建以数据作为支撑的企业绩效管理优化方案提供支持。本文首先分
析 XG企业面临的绩效管理现状和问题,并根据 XG企业大数据建设中的问题搭
建大数据平台,并讨论大数据技术应用于绩效管理的可行性;其次,基于大数据
时代背景,对 XG企业绩效管理系统、绩效评价体系、绩效结果反馈和绩效应用
等进行绩效管理优化方案设计,通过调查问卷结合层次分析法构建 XG企业员工
绩效评估体系,并运用模糊综合评价法获得大数据支持下绩效评价的综合评分结
果;最后对 XG企业绩效管理创新方案的实施从组织、资金、人才三个方面来提
出保障措施,同时通过绩效管理体系、评价和反馈上的对比,确定 XG企业绩效
管理优化的效果。
由于时间上较为紧张,论文中关于保障企业绩效管理优化的措施、企业实际
经营活动中的不确定性等方面的研究还不太深入,接下来本人将继续就文中的不
足进行研究和改进。

Abstract
Entering the "Internet +" era, if enterprises continue to use traditional enterprise
managementmethods, itwill bedifficultto meetthe actualneedsof market
competition, and will beeliminated by the times. Bigdata technology plays an
important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. In the era of big data,
making fulluse of bigdata technology enables enterprisesto have ascientific
managementandoperationmodel andmaintainahighlevelofperformance
management capabilities. Optimizing the performance management of an enterprise is
an inevitable road for enterprise development, and improving it in combination with
big data technologyis of great practicalsignificance to the futuresurvival and
development of an enterprise.
Combining the actual situation of domestic enterprise management development,
based on performance management theory and big data technology theory, this paper
uses literature review method, case research analysis method, fuzzy comprehensive
evaluation method, qualitative and quantitative analysis method to build XG enterprise
with data as support Provide support for the enterprise performance management
optimization program. This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems of
performance managementfacedby XGenterprises, buildsa bigdataplatform
according to the problems in the construction of big data of XG enterprises, and
discusses the feasibility of applying big data technology to performance management;
XG enterpriseperformance managementsystem, performance evaluationsystem,
performance result feedback and performance application, etc. are used to design
performance management optimization plans, and use the analytic hierarchy process
and questionnaire survey method to construct the XG enterprise employee performance

evaluation system, and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain big
data Support the comprehensive scoring results of performance evaluation; finally, put
forward safeguard measures for the implementation of XG enterprise performance
management innovation plan from three aspects of organization, capital and talents,
and determine XG enterprise performance through the comparison of performance
management system, evaluation and feedback. Manage the effects of optimization.
Due to the shorttime, the paper has insufficientresearch on the guarantee
measures for the optimization of enterprise performance management and uncertainties
in the actual business activities of enterprises, which is also the problem that I will
continue to study in the next step.
